    Grillled shrimp skewers

We stopped while exploring the island on a golf cart. Kin-Ha is not far from Punta Sur and a little out of the way. You can get there easily by golf cart or taxi. It's a pretty big place but there wasn't a ton of parking. It's a pretty unique place and family friendly. There were large pools, access to the ocean, swings and ropes to swing into the ocean and I believe some kayaks to use while you are there. The tables look out to the ocean and it's a gorgeous view. It's free to use their facilities if you buy food and drinks, I believe there is a minimum per person. We ended up ordering the shrimp skewers. They weren't bad but a little pricey. The shrimp were cooked well and the portion size was decent. We didn't really swim here, we were just passing through. This isn't a destination for food but it's a neat spot if you need something to do. The food prices are worth it if you want to spend some time here. The service was slow so don't come if you are in a hurry.

We spent the day and had a great time! Service was good and being on a lounger by the water was relaxing!

We were staying just a few doors down from Kin Ha and approached it with a bit of trepidation as we weren't quite sure how the beach clubs worked. When we entered they explained that there was no charge or minimum to spend for using the tables and a minimum of 500 pesos per person to use the loungers. We planned to stay for several hours so chose the loungers. Our server was attentive but not at all pushy and we swam a bit before ordering any food or drinks. The food was reasonably priced for a resort. My young adult and teenage children had nachos, Mac and cheese with chicken, chicken fingers and fries, shrimp tacos and chicken pastor tacos. Along with some cocktails, sodas and beer we met our minimum easily. We enjoyed the rope swing, snorkeling and the pool. Unfortunately the current was strong so they were not allowing anyone to take paddle boards or kayaks out. We spent about five hours there. My youngest said it was his favorite day of our trip.

This was our favorite place on the island. They are situated right on the water and have paddle boards and kayaks available to take out while you visit (provided you spend at least 500 pesos). You can stay as long as you like - just can't sit in a lounge chair (table and chairs only) as those are for hotel guests. The snorkeling here is incredible and it's a beautiful place to take photos and relax on the dock. The food is great too! We came here a few times and got a variety of items - fries, mozzarella sticks, nachos, Mac and cheese, etc. They offer a robust menu that changes at noon from breakfast to lunch/dinner options.

    Mayan fish tacos, yummy!

We stopped here for lunch because a friend suggested it. It's certainly worthy! We had beer, shrimp ceviche and Mayan fish tacos. The ceviche was lemony and delicious. The Mayan fish tacans had grilled fish and a ton of delicious flavor. It was all great! If your on Isle Mujeres and need something to eat that's above typical, here's your place!

A pier you could swing off of!

This was one of the best places on the Isla. The views were gorgeous! I was shocked at the amount of things you could do on this resort! There was a swim up bar, a dining area, live music, beach chairs on the sand, out door seating! And the food was good too! Drinks were great as well and service was awesome! We had the best time and spent half a day here!

This was hands down one of my favorite parts of my Cancun trip! Kin Ha is located in the island of Isla Mujeres, which was a 30 min ferry ride from Hotel Zone and had to travel on a golf cart to get there. They had the best tasting food out of everything I ate that weekend: we ordered Shrimp ceviche, Shrimp aguachile, Tuna tataki, and coconut shrimp. Everything tasted fresh. The coconut shrimp was hard and big, but it was still good. Dishes we ordered were about $15-25 USD. I also ordered a mango smoothie, which was perfect on this sunny day. What's cool about this restaurant is everything is outdoor, has a pool, and has access to the boardwalk to the clear ocean, where there are swings and a space to jump off. A lot of photo ops. Super fun! I wish we could've stayed longer. No complaints about the service.

The breakfast was awesome. We were able to seat ourselves right when we walked in. The service was efficient and everyone was friendly. The facility restroom was very clean. The sun wasn't out so we didn't get to experience the swings, but can't wait to go back for the day parties.

This is best place to spend the day & use paddle boarding or snorkels they provide. Just an awesome place that makes you feel little special!! I go back again & again just play like a kid. The socks are amazing, swings in water, the rope to jump off of and its all included when you eat & drink here!!

    Deck walk to snorkeling

Food was amazing! Had the shrimp tacos and my wife had the ceviche! Our family of 5 was entertained for hours! Beautiful deck walk with a jump of spot for snorkeling. Have a kids pool with slide and adult pool! This is our second time in isla mujeres and this is by far our favorite place!

I went there for breakfast on a Wednesday, arrived around 10am and there weren't too many people. Service was good, food was okay. Then you can use their loungers and infinity pool if you order from the restaurant, which is the real appeal. I definitely enjoyed lounging and the music but the food itself was very meh.

Best piña coladas on the island. Also right on the beach with beach seating and very open and airy ambiance. I can't stress this enough please please please try the Pima coladas. Bartender was very friendly, and was a great conversationalist!

Preface: this recommendation came from a random man at a bar in Cancun. He swore bybthe place and INSISTED we check it out. The review: I'm confused. The food isn't good. This is a phenomenal beach club for a low key all day vibe. The drinks were steady, the included activities, and off beaten path type of crowd. This isn't a dive bat but this place isn't winning any tourism awards for unique experiences. Food. Granted I ordered wings, cheese fries, and fish tacos (I know, shame on me). The chicken wings tasted like reheated wings from the Friday's takeout section at the grocery store, the ranch was sitting so long it turned slightly yellow. I only got the wings because I've eaten tacos for four days straight...I just wanted something familiar. The cheese fries were the biggest let down... like limp fries, canned cheese sauce, too many red onions, and slices of jalapeño made a very unbalanced plate. Just skip it. The chicken tenders were edible. The winner was the fish tacos. Should have known better. Order what is local to the area. Pretty, hefty, and flavorful. The drinks are good for a decent price for the area. The vibe is stellar. It's literally a beach club with a private beach, water toys, lawn chairs, and tunes. I could absolutely spend a day here and leave fat, full, drunk, and sun burnt.

We drove our golf cart through the area where Maria's is, and because of the reviews we saw, my friends and I decided to give this place a try for lunch. Right off the bat, the best part of eating/coming here is the view. The area is secluded and you need to go down a small path to get to it. Once you make it down the little path, you'll see a beautiful little outdoor dining area that overlooks a pool and the beautiful ocean. The food was probably a 2/5 but the view was very nice and the service was good too, so that brought the score up to 3/5. My friends and I were looking for good, authentic Mexican food, which unfortunately Maria's is not. While we were sitting down, the waiter brought us free chips and salsa which were good. For my lunch, I ordered 3 shrimp tacos which were not cheap (at all) and came with like 3 TINY shrimps per taco. The photos they have in their menu are very deceiving and inaccurate. The flavor was ok but it was so plain and so stingy on the shrimp. I was really surprised (in a bad way) with this meal. My friend tried the chicken tacos which were better than the shrimp, but still nothing special at all. The shrimp ceviche was also extremely lacking shrimp. Unfortunately I feel like the food we ate at Maria's was the same as the Mexican food I would eat at an average Mexican restaurant in my hometown in the Midwest USA. All in all, since the best thing here is the view and the service, maybe it would be better to stop by for a drink rather than a meal.
