We spent the day and had a great time! Service was good and being on a lounger by the water was relaxing!

We stopped while exploring the island on a golf cart. Kin-Ha is not far from Punta Sur and a little out of the way. You can get there easily by golf cart or taxi. It's a pretty big place but there wasn't a ton of parking. It's a pretty unique place and family friendly. There were large pools, access to the ocean, swings and ropes to swing into the ocean and I believe some kayaks to use while you are there. The tables look out to the ocean and it's a gorgeous view. It's free to use their facilities if you buy food and drinks, I believe there is a minimum per person. We ended up ordering the shrimp skewers. They weren't bad but a little pricey. The shrimp were cooked well and the portion size was decent. We didn't really swim here, we were just passing through. This isn't a destination for food but it's a neat spot if you need something to do. The food prices are worth it if you want to spend some time here. The service was slow so don't come if you are in a hurry.

We were staying just a few doors down from Kin Ha and approached it with a bit of trepidation as we weren't quite sure how the beach clubs worked. When we entered they explained that there was no charge or minimum to spend for using the tables and a minimum of 500 pesos per person to use the loungers. We planned to stay for several hours so chose the loungers. Our server was attentive but not at all pushy and we swam a bit before ordering any food or drinks. The food was reasonably priced for a resort. My young adult and teenage children had nachos, Mac and cheese with chicken, chicken fingers and fries, shrimp tacos and chicken pastor tacos. Along with some cocktails, sodas and beer we met our minimum easily. We enjoyed the rope swing, snorkeling and the pool. Unfortunately the current was strong so they were not allowing anyone to take paddle boards or kayaks out. We spent about five hours there. My youngest said it was his favorite day of our trip.

This was our favorite place on the island. They are situated right on the water and have paddle boards and kayaks available to take out while you visit (provided you spend at least 500 pesos). You can stay as long as you like - just can't sit in a lounge chair (table and chairs only) as those are for hotel guests. The snorkeling here is incredible and it's a beautiful place to take photos and relax on the dock. The food is great too! We came here a few times and got a variety of items - fries, mozzarella sticks, nachos, Mac and cheese, etc. They offer a robust menu that changes at noon from breakfast to lunch/dinner options.

This was one of the best places on the Isla. The views were gorgeous! I was shocked at the amount of things you could do on this resort! There was a swim up bar, a dining area, live music, beach chairs on the sand, out door seating! And the food was good too! Drinks were great as well and service was awesome! We had the best time and spent half a day here!

    Mayan fish tacos, yummy!

We stopped here for lunch because a friend suggested it. It's certainly worthy! We had beer, shrimp ceviche and Mayan fish tacos. The ceviche was lemony and delicious. The Mayan fish tacans had grilled fish and a ton of delicious flavor. It was all great! If your on Isle Mujeres and need something to eat that's above typical, here's your place!

This was hands down one of my favorite parts of my Cancun trip! Kin Ha is located in the island of Isla Mujeres, which was a 30 min ferry ride from Hotel Zone and had to travel on a golf cart to get there. They had the best tasting food out of everything I ate that weekend: we ordered Shrimp ceviche, Shrimp aguachile, Tuna tataki, and coconut shrimp. Everything tasted fresh. The coconut shrimp was hard and big, but it was still good. Dishes we ordered were about $15-25 USD. I also ordered a mango smoothie, which was perfect on this sunny day. What's cool about this restaurant is everything is outdoor, has a pool, and has access to the boardwalk to the clear ocean, where there are swings and a space to jump off. A lot of photo ops. Super fun! I wish we could've stayed longer. No complaints about the service.

The breakfast was awesome. We were able to seat ourselves right when we walked in. The service was efficient and everyone was friendly. The facility restroom was very clean. The sun wasn't out so we didn't get to experience the swings, but can't wait to go back for the day parties.

    Deck walk to snorkeling

Food was amazing! Had the shrimp tacos and my wife had the ceviche! Our family of 5 was entertained for hours! Beautiful deck walk with a jump of spot for snorkeling. Have a kids pool with slide and adult pool! This is our second time in isla mujeres and this is by far our favorite place!

This is best place to spend the day & use paddle boarding or snorkels they provide. Just an awesome place that makes you feel little special!! I go back again & again just play like a kid. The socks are amazing, swings in water, the rope to jump off of and its all included when you eat & drink here!!

I went there for breakfast on a Wednesday, arrived around 10am and there weren't too many people. Service was good, food was okay. Then you can use their loungers and infinity pool if you order from the restaurant, which is the real appeal. I definitely enjoyed lounging and the music but the food itself was very meh.

Best piña coladas on the island. Also right on the beach with beach seating and very open and airy ambiance. I can't stress this enough please please please try the Pima coladas. Bartender was very friendly, and was a great conversationalist!

This place is packed with fun! The Isla sign swing, a rope swing, paddle boards, kayaks, snore, swimming pools and a bar! Great service! Drinks are a little watery but the fun is all free w/ consumption so it's more than fair and a must visit!

Missing items we requested and having to ask a few times. The place looks nice and open with two levels. They are supposedly a "market" but it's a restaurant and a pier stop. People with their boast can come in. They have showers as well. We order the grouper (fish) and 1 dozen of oysters on the half shell. The fish came with the choice of rice, pasta or steamed vegetables. We decided to do the whole fish and get one filet out. I'm originally from an island so eating a whole fish is normal so I wanted to experience it again because back home where we live we don't have it. The fish was ok. It needed more flavor. Rice was hard and cold and not really tasty. The oysters were harder than usual. We ordered two of their Marbella sunrise (drinks) and they were good. Overall the food was NOT good or fresh. It made me sick! I got food poisoning. At the end of our trip in the island I got so sick I was puking on the beach and then walking the streets like a drunk person puking my guts out and not even with a buzz?! No thanks! My final advice? AVOID at all cost because what you will be missing here is your money from your wallet. Nothing special. Save your money and go somewhere else.

She was walking us a little towards the back, but since it was my first time to Isla, I wanted to people-watch, so I asked about a table up front. As soon as we headed over, I saw why she passed it - it was right next to the saxophone player! Thank goodness his volume level was perfect! Just loud enough to be heard over the crowds walking down the 'lane' out front and the restaurant diners' chatting. But not so loud that we 3 couldn't chat. We loved it! Now these two can EAT - and love to try everything on the menu, whereas I tend to eat smaller portions. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were fantastic - huge pieces of shrimp, so good! The lobster mac n cheese is so good, I would have loved to bring a big container of it home with me! The restaurant is very busy but very clean and tables are well organized for maneuvering a quick trip to the restroom before leaving. Our server, Maylen was attentive and pleasant. Entrance is 1 street below the main one and there is parking on both streets. We parked above and had to go through an upper building that didn't look like it's been used... But head across the way, down a few inclines and then you see a few small infinity pools (some with tables to drink/ eat from), bathroom with showers, lockers, open bar and restaurant, lounge chairs with umbrellas, a patio bar and a place that you can use any of equipment for as long as you like for a refundable deposit (tips are appreciated). I am amazed there is no cover fee to enter or use anything, and no minimum you need to spend from what I could tell... The drinks and food were priced reasonably though and the guac we had here was heavenly. I think the best I've ever had! It wasn't too busy the day we were there and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Wifi was down due to being hit by lightening but who needs that with a place like this. We decided to try the snorkel, stand up paddle boards, single kayaks, and it was a lot of fun. The water was very calm, and you get to paddle out onto the most gorgeous blue water away from a ton of crowds and boat traffic. Unlike other places, there is no time limit, there is no roped-off sections that you are required to stay in. You are able to use and adventure as you please and it was wonderful. There wasn't a ton of fish except for around the dock itself, and no real beach at this part of the island, but the dock and equipment was in good shape. The stand up paddle board oars were pretty heavy for me, but no complaints. It was just great to be on the water. If you're in the area, definitely worth coming through!
