Free samples are a dangerous thing. One minute you're "just looking," and the next thing you know…read moreyou're standing at the counter ordering ice cream like it was your idea all along. That's exactly how The Baked Bear got me. Hook, line, and sinker. If you've never been, the concept is simple and brilliant. High-quality ingredients and a build-your-own dessert approach. Cookies, brownies, cones, ice cream, toppings. You mix, match, and create something that feels a little more custom than your average scoop shop. And the ingredients really do deliver. The cones are nicely crisp, and if you've never had one of their ice cream sandwiches, start there. They'll build it with warm cookies on the outside and freezing cold ice cream on the inside, which might be the most satisfying hot-meets-cold dessert combination ever created. Warm cookie. Frozen ice cream. Zero regrets. For my order, I went with the berry crumble and strawberry cheesecake on a waffle cone. The waffle cone had a great crisp to it, and the flavors were light and refreshing. You got a nice hint of berry without it being overpowering. If anything, I would have welcomed a little more berry punch, but it was still very enjoyable. We also tried the campfire s'mores, which absolutely popped with bold flavor, and the cookie dough, which was fine but a little more average compared to the others. The one area where things felt slightly limited was the flavor selection. They offered around a dozen choices, but many leaned heavy into chocolate territory. If you're a chocolate lover, you'll feel like you hit the lottery. If you're looking for a wider range of lighter or fruit-forward options, the variety could be better. Still, the concept is great and the ingredients are excellent. Tip: do not accept the free sample unless you're emotionally prepared to buy ice cream immediately afterward. Four stars. Great concept, excellent flavors, just a little light on variety. Definitely worth the trip even if the sweet tooth hasn't kicked in yet.... Oh, and it's okay sometimes to have dessert for dinner... and this would be the place for that!

I felt a little hot inside, the door was open though so maybe thats why. There were about 6 chairs facing the window for customers to sit abd enjoy their ice-cream. The staff greeted us nicely and they allowed us to try samples. They sell cookies and ice-cream. You could purchase those individually or in an icecream sandwich. Cool idea. They had nice ice cream flavors but not what I wanted. There was a blue one which I though was a cookie monster but it was something else. I really wanted the cookie monster. They had a cookie monster cookie but not the ice cream. I loved the cookie options. Walked out with a carrot cake cookie for $3 which tasted exactly like carrot cake. They warmed it up for me. It was yummy yummy

Been here twice so far and I'll keep coming back! I love their unique flavors!…read more At my first visit, it was much busier but service was still good. Tried several samples until I saw they had a Dubai chocolate sundae, in which I ended up getting and it was pretty good. At my second visit, I came on a weekday afternoon and it wasn't so busy, there were 3 people behind the counter, but only 1 actually working. The other 2 didn't acknowledge me or even say "Thanks for your patience, she'll be with you shortly." But I understand it may be lack of customer service skills. When I was their age, I didn't really talk unless I was talked to lol. Turns out the other two kids were working behind the scenes preparing ice creams to film for social media. Also, they didn't have the sticky mango shake they were marketing on socials, so I'm going to assume it's only available on the weekends because the main girl working on our ice cream orders said she's working on that bad currently for tomorrow (Saturday). She didn't specify if it's only a weekend special. So I'm omitting a star for lack of communication, but the rest of the stars remain for yummy ice cream! This time, I got guava cheesecake and white macadamia -- a great combo! All in all, I'll still keep coming back to try their unique flavors. Maybe next time I'll get the 21+ flavors! FYI, it's a quaint, small place with limited parking in the plaza. If you go with friends, I recommend carpooling! And if you have a big family coming on the weekend, it's not a guarantee to get a table, nor is it a cute plaza to walk around with ice cream at hand. It truly is a grab and go situation with minimal seating.

Except for the Panther loss the customers seem to be happy. Plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from, in addition to fantastic sweet candy toppings. We chose our ice cream flavor of chocolate with Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and a few other flavors. We watched our ice cream maker go to work on the ice cold slab - part of the experience at Cold Stone. The masterpiece was complete and paid $6.45 for a small size. Back in the day, that was the price of the "Gotta Have It" LOL... those days are long gone... We sat inside and started chatting while eating our delish cold treat, BUT, the five employee girls were having a way better time, literally screaming behind the counter, overpowering our voices, for a full ten minutes - they were having a blast, so the great experience became an annoyance and we left early aggravated, which could have been avoided. No way a manager was on staff, I sure hope not for the owner's sake. The bathroom was very clean and the ice cream was tasty. Not sure if I would come back to this location. Would have given a strong 4 star rating but due to the blatant disrespect for customers, sadly I simply cannot. I am a loose rater but unfortunately only 2.6 stars here at this point.

Yummy ice cream!! Will be back with my grands. Although crowded service was quick and efficient.read more

Inside is a bit outdated, but, there's several very large booths with plenty of space and a very cool cocoa cola machine, offering a variety of sodas with endless flavors, unfortunately, about 90% of the flavors were unavailable. I ordered a cookie dough blizzards, and it was perfect. There's a good amount of cookie dough in there for sure! We ordered, and the girls brought out treats out to our table very quickly. I'd definitely stop in again to get something different, and maybe get a soda if the machine has more than just the lime flavor soda available.

I suppose this is the service that's expected from fast food ice cream places... Such a shame. Anyway, I ordered the Reese's Fluffernutter Blizzard... It looked nothing like the photo, which should not come as a surprise, but it was still good. I did taste the Reese's and the marshmallow filling so I can't complain. I wasn't sure how many stars I should rate this place cuz I was content with my blizzard but the service was horrible. Other than that, place seemed clean and kept up with.
