Love , love , love this place. For anyone who is new to what bubble tea is how do I explain. It's a fruit smoothie ( if you get it as a slush ) and they add these black tapioca to it and there you have your bubble tea. The tapioca is different and has a distinct texture to it. But you either love it or not , I love it. I love the selection in this store , my favorites: mango , passion fruit , red guava and strawberry. They also have ice cream here but I'm not a fan of ice cream. Every time I come here the working crew is always so sweet and attentive. They work fast and keep me happy always. I have never had a problem here. They also have other selections if you don't want a slush like drink. You have to check it out for yourself to understand my love for this place. Check it out ! Delicious froyo! I brought my 3yr old in on a whim one quiet and HOT Wednesday afternoon. She had blue birthday cake and I had coffee- both favors were delicious. The reason for a few stars knocked off isn't at all because of flavor, choices available or toppings- all are great. It's because of 2 things. First and foremost, the place is beat to s***. There are cracks on the tables, benches, scuffs on chairs, stains on the walls... eek. Got a jonesin' for boba? The Emerald Square Mall is in a reasonable location, and Tutti Frutti is easy to find. The only soft-serve parlor in the three-story super mall, Tutti Frutti goes a step beyond and offers bubble tea (smooth move...you know some shoppers won't be able to resist this shink-wrapped treat!). There's usually only one attendant, which means if there's a line of twitchy teens loading up their froyo with toppings, you're going to be waiting a mighty long time for that bubbley satisfaction. The tea is powdery and sometimes isn't blended fully (I slurped up some powder chunks and it almost made me gag), but at least there are a few Pearl Popper flavor options to choose from (watermelon tea with mango poppers: pretty good). Prices are average, and you can't beat the convenience (only place in MILES). Hopefully this location will be successful enough to afford a proper freezer soon; the employee who mixed up my tea used a Solo cup to scoop out some cubes from a picnic cooler she pulled out from under the counter (....gross). read more

Bubble tea is pretty good nothing to write home about. If you're looking for a place to sit the have a bubble tea or soft serve the interior and seating could use some updating. Paint chipping off of the table isn't really the best look if you ask me. If you want something on the go quick for your bubble tea fix this will hit the spot. Not bad but not great. The service was friendly but 3 people would be ideal for a faster experience. read more

Why did I stop into Tutti Frutti? Two Words: Nutella Froyo. Holy crap, I almost screamed when I saw the sign that said Nutella Froyo... I dragged my husband inside with me and I went a little crazy... A little honey dew, a little nutella, a little vanilla, a little red velvet... adding some lychee boba, strawberry boba, mango boba, lychee jelly, mini mochi (my absolute favorite), chocolate jimmies, mini chocolate chips... Wife and I walked in at exactly 8:42pm on a Saturday. Posted closing time is 9pm. Floor was wet from mopping and employee informed us the ice cream machines are already turned off. No ice cream. Not cool. If they close at 9, why shut everything down 20min or more before then? This is take out. Not like we would linger beyond closing. read more

I don't understand what all the hype is about. I was so excited when I saw the sign for Nutella Froyo. Unfortunately, the taste won't remind you of Nutella. I tried three flavors and they all pretty much tasted the same- like ice milk. Not impressed, especially for what we paid- my bf and I each got one and it wasn't overloaded (your price is based on weight) and for two dishes of frozen yogurt it came to $16. Crazy. WOW. Came here today and was super impressed! I came in expecting to walk in and out, since in my eyes (and to my taste buds!) nothing can top Froyo World on Thayer Street in Providence. Well, I was wrong! I sampled a few flavors before I made my own and they were all delicious. Not one was a miss! Needless to say, I had trouble choosing one. I ended up picking the taro and cookies and cream swirl. It was awesome!! Now, it is steeper priced than similar frozen yogurt places that I have been to where you pay by the ounce. Also, the place was packed and we didn't have a place to sit and enjoy the froyo. But other and that, I enjoyed it. I must warn you, though, that if you like tart tasting froyo (like Pinkberry), then search elsewhere. read more

I've gone to this place many times in the past, and very much enjoyed my frozen yogurt. but today, steve Irwin day, my opinion has unfortunately changed about the frozen yogurt. me and my friend, who also enjoys the occasional cup of frozen yogurt, went to the mall for my birthday, and we decided to get some frozen yogurt. we originally tried a few flavors of the frozen yogurt, including lemonade frozen yogurt, and then settled for a cup of chocolate frozen yogurt, and cookies and cream frozen yogurt. I was very excited to eat my frozen yogurt. when originally trying a bit of the dearth by chocolate frozen yogurt that got on my finger, I noticed it tasted a bit off. I figured it was because I had just had some of the lemonade frozen yogurt, that made the death by chocolate frozen yogurt taste funny. I was wrong about the frozen yogurt. when paying for the frozen yogurt, the total of the frozen yogurt was a whopping $8.26. that's just crazy for a cup of frozen yogurt. I mean $8 for frozen yogurt? frozen yogurt? crazy!! I sat down with my frozen yogurt, and took a few nibbles of my frozen yogurt. I was VERY disappointed, the frozen yogurt tasted quite off. I took another succle of it, the frozen yogurt, and realized it wasn't right. I'm not the type of person to ask for money back or a different meal, but I couldn't fathom the thought of wasting $8.26 on frozen yogurt if it wasn't the best frozen yogurt in all of the frozen yogurt in the entire frozen yogurt world. so, I went to ask for something else, when the lady gave me some attitude, and refused to give me my money back or something else. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I came here for the first time and I mindlessly filled up my cup with whatever yogurt I wanted, I then put on toppings that i usually like and wasn't really paying attention because i was working a 6 am to 9 pm shift at the mall. I then looked into my cup and realized i had gotten the wrong yogurt and read the signs wrong for flavor. I told the guy with glasses and dark hair at the register that I apologize but i accidentally grabbed the wrong flavor I just wanted coffee flavor. He said with a HUGE attitude "the coffee sign is no where near the pomegranate sign" and i was so appalled at how rude so I just said "well I'm sorry but i don't like this flavor can i get a new one?" and he said "You already put toppings on it and everything." This was the worst customer service experience i have ever had in my life. I cannot even believe they have employees like this working that talk to customers with such rudeness. I was basically forced to purchase the yogurt and while i was walking out i threw it away. I paid 5 dollars for someone to be rude and arrogant to me. I will never ever go back here on a break again and don't recommend anyone try this place ever. read more

I was at the Emerald Mall during the day and decided to have a frozen yogurt from Tutti Frutti. I had never been before so I was unsure what to do. I asked the girl working behind the counter and she acted as if I had ruined her whole day and couldn't be bothered. She just said it was self serve in a tone that I could barely hear.. That's it....no other info. Then when I got to the counter, she just looked at me...I guess I am supposed to read her mind. She then told me to "put the cup there"..which meant put the cup on the scale. No smile, no please, no thank you, no have a nice day...If you can't be nice to a customer, GET OUT OF THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. I'm not looking for anyone to kiss my butt, but it would have been nice to be treated like a human, at least. Oh yeah, the yogurt was ok...way over priced!!!!!!!! And the best part of the experience was that there was a TIP TIN. A TIP TIN...for what? What on earth are those workers getting tipped for? It's self serve..all they do is stand behind the counter and ring up what YOU have gotten yourself. SO they are expecting a tip for collecting your money...and being rude! unbelievable! read more
