I asked him for the Scottish ice cream experience as today was my last day in Scotland. He told me about flavors that he had from different regions of Scotland, and the ice creams that have won prizes in Scotland. I went with his recommendation of lemon honey and it did not disappoint! I also ordered vanilla. It was a perfect combo. The ice cream tastes so good! I wish I had this shop close to my house! This place is awesome because it is owned and operated by Scottish locals. The shop also offers smaller Scottish treats. We purchased Scottish butter cookies to take home with us. This was the best ice cream shop. The ice cream was so fresh! I would have much preferred a smaller portion with a smaller price. All in all it was ok but I probably won't find myself itching to return - my recommendation would be to advertise their flavour of the day on their website or Facebook page, and to create a smaller and more wallet friendly serving size.
