SERVICE - Our server Valentina was nowhere to be found..Every time we needed her, we had to ask other servers to call her !! In fact once a different server provided us with a Box because Valentina was nowhere in sight. Extremely BAD 2. Food - The Cajun shrimp was just refried bits of shrimp and no vegetable fry in the mix as advertised. Please see the attached picture The Coleslaw was just bits of shredded cabbage thrown on the plate. Ribs were cold, Onion rings were droopy. Returned the entire plate of food - Photos attached. 3. Ambience - The only good thing about the place was the ambience, lively and well spaced out. However this was a Definite NO for me! Spending around $ 90- 100 is not worthwhile here.

It was quite tasty, and no complaints, but I feel like it was smaller than the last time I ordered it elsewhere over a year ago. It is quite nice in there, and they've even got a balcony and large patio. A pretty good addition for the mall. I will say that the kids' menu was quite impressive and even had a steak which my son enjoyed. Everyone else I was with seemed to enjoy their food.

Great tacos, but disappointing fries…read more The Baja fish tacos were excellent, fresh, and perfectly crunchy. However, the garlic fries were a hit and miss. The top ones were hot and long, but underneath was a cold, squished pile of tiny fry scraps with very scanty cheese. If all the fries were hot, long, and fresh, this would be a 5-star meal. I hope the kitchen improves this!

It took even longer to get someone to take our order and give us water. But our server was nice and friendly, and did her best to manage the double-duty being a bartender and server for several tables at the same time. The food was just average. The Pineapple Mango Salmon was pretty good. I liked that the salmon was grilled well done without any sauce, and the pineapple mango salsa that it came with was nice and light. I didn't taste any coconut in the coconut rice, and thought the mixed seasonal vegetables were quite oily (and a bit overcooked). It was still a decent plate though. Thai Salad was disappointing - it costed about the same as most other mains, but it was about 80% wonton crisps with very little amount of actual vegetables. I also wasn't a fan of the peanut and sesame dressing that it came with. Blackened Basa Fish had a kick to it - quite spicy. It came with a good amount of the fish (at least 3 good-sized pieces), on top of very oily vegetables and lobster mashed potatoes that contained almost zero lobster (but the mashed potatoes tasted okay - as expected for restaurant-style mashed potatoes). The guacamole was the only part of this dish that I somewhat liked.

The calamari is served as big juicy strips and the yuzu sauce is magical with a unique citrusy flavor. The lychee-tini is sweet and tangy. This location has great service. Our waitress was friendly. We were seated in big cozy chairs. Food was promptly prepared. This time I also tried the chicken tenders app and added a side of truffle fries. I'm not crazy about panko breading, but the chicken was thick and juicy, and the plum sauce is good. The truffle fries are almost shoe-string style. Very crispy, not too oily. Great regional chain.

Earl's had been on my radar for awhile, but I was trying to avoid chains. No more. The lychee tini, which includes elderflower and hibiscus, tastes great. Not too sweet, just right. The truffle fries and garlic aioli were great, but the calamari was particularly exceptional. They serve theirs in plump juicy strips with a spicy yuzu (citrus fruit that tastes like a cross between a lemon and an orange) aioli with a surprising - and welcome - kick. Service is great.
