Picked saucy for one of my Christmas get togethers. Got lucky with a reservation (kind of called last min). Service was great and food was yum. We didn't have an issue finding parking Friday evening for 7 pm. Lots of spots were still left!

Although a friend has been recommending Saucy for years and I've lived in neigbourhood for a long time, I only recently started dining here. Perhaps because the location is in a strip mall and I remember when it used to be a McDonald's, so I was assuming the food wasn't the greatest. I assumed incorrectly. Although I only checked in a few times, I've actually eaten here several times with various friends and the food has been good. The lettuce wraps, short rib tacos and Cajun chicken soup are delicious appetizers. The beef & blue salad is great! I also like the burger, tandoori salmon, stuffed chicken, seafood spaghettini, and pizza (Mediterranean, the Woodbridge and Tandoori Chicken). The white chocolate Skor cheesecake is perfect for sharing! The chocolate brownie is nice too. The crème brûlée has a great texture and the flavour changes daily (I had the chocolate mint, which was an interesting combination...but I much prefer an original crème brûlée.) The only reason I'm giving Saucy 4 stars instead of 5 is that the quality of the entrées and pasta have varied (perhaps based on the chef working that night?). For example, the first time I ate the seafood spaghettini, it was amazing! The second time, it was a bit dry and over cooked. Similar experience with The Burger where the first time it was great and the second time it was too salty and too garlicky. Twice I ate the Beef & Blue Salad and the steak was grilled to perfection and the salad was dressed well; the third time, the steak was too rare and the salad was overdressed to the point that it was soggy. So, some times the food is spectacular and some times it's okay. I wish I could count on great food EVERY time!

Food here is fantastic. The service is atrocious. If you're not in a rush and don't mind having to flag down a server 20 times to get a refill, to place your order, to ask for dessert menu, to get the bill, to get the machine to pay the bill... you name it... then I could see checking this place out. Food is worth it, really exceptional menu and everything we tried was great. Nice wine list. Quaint interior with a nice patio. But yeah, wow. Brutal service.

A work friend and I were looking for a new place for dinner and came across this little gem. It not hard to find as it's located right on Mississauga Rd in Streetsville. We sat at the oddly shaped bar. It was a quiet Tuesday night. Started with a beer on tap and got the Hawaiian thin crust pizza. It was very good. My colleague had the lobster mac & cheese and I had the short rib tacos. Both looked and tasted amazing. Very savory. I must say presentation-wise the lobster mac won hands down. A whole poor mans lobster sits on top of the mac and cheese. Check my photos. Bartender was friendly and had a great sense of humor. She made a perfect old fashioned with their house Makers Mark bourbon (not Buffalo Trace as in their outdated menu). Overall, a great place to have a good meal. Checks all the boxes.

Great spot in the middle of Streetsville. It has a small neighbourhood feel, very cozy, upscale and they serve great food. The ambiance is perfect for an intimate evening, wonderful for a celebration and perfect for the holidays. The portions aren't big, but they are tasty and quite creative. There is ample parking in this plaza, which is a plus. I love everything I've tried here, from the pasta, seafood and desserts. My most recent visit here was for the Taste of Streetsville, which is a three course meal for $35.00. Everything was scrumptious. I have no complaints with respect to the service.

This streetsville restaurant is ok I guess. Service is warm and welcoming and our server did a good job watching over our table incase we needed anything. Food was on the salty side. My salmon and caper pasta was a little too overpowered by all the onions and capers. It also has a piece of plastic that got in there while they were cooking it, not sure how really.

The restaurant is nicely decorated, and within five minutes it was completely full. My dad ordered the specialty beef bone rice noodle soup. A second bowl came out just for the bone--holy moly! His only complaint was the noodles; he didn't care for the wide noodles. My sister got the bún bò Huế. The broth was excellent and approved by my parents, and it came with a generous amount of meat. My mom ordered bún cá and really enjoyed her meal. Each soup-based dish came with a plate of fresh vegetables. I ordered the grilled specialty platter. It was a lot of food, but everything was delicious. I also tried the salted iced coffee, which was just okay. They accept cash or debit only. Service was quick and efficient, and we were served tea as soon as we were seated. I highly recommend An Ngon Vietnamese Cuisine.

The spring rolls were crispy, large, but lacked a bit of taste compared with other restaurants. Overall, both dishes were good as well as the service. I would return to try Pho next time.

This location is on the small side and the seating is quite limited. That said, whenever we come here Sunday afternoons, we never have trouble getting tables during walk-ins. The staff is always attentive and we never have to wait for much long for the food to come. They always ask you if you want water or tea. Usually also get a bowl of seaweed soup with your order (per person) though this time around we didn't get any. We ordered a lot for dinner. For appetizers, we ordered the braised pork pan-fried buns, which were amazing. The bun was really fluffy, and the filling was flavourful and just the right amount of juicy. We also had chive pork dumplings. These were also good, though I admit I prefer the pan-fried ones. In particular, our dumplings came out kind of gummy. We had some scallion pancakes which were nice and crispy, and very flavourful. Then, some dried beancurd sticks that were just the right amount of spiciness. Do keep in mind the beancurd sticks are cold (it surprised me the first time I had it). Finally, we had some honey garlic chicken wings. They fry their chicken wings really well, and they don't overdo the sauce which is great. We did have trouble fitting all of this on the table since we ordered so much. We managed, but just keep this in mind if you like to order a lot of appetizers. We each ordered a main. My boyfriend had the lemongrass chicken with egg on rice, which he enjoyed. I also enjoyed my Taiwanese braised pork. My pork dish was amazing and they cooked the egg really well. The space here is definitely smaller but seating was still very comfortable. Ordering is done via QR code through phone. The staff was friendly and service was quick and prompt. I do want to say that their pricing is very fair and reasonable. There is also free parking in front of the restaurant. I was missing my time in Taiwan so I ordered the Taiwanese Braised Pork and Egg on rice. We also ordered Pumpkin Pie with Red Bean Filling, stir-fried rice noodles with bean sprouts, Juicy Chinese Pork Burger, and their Juicy Cheese Beef Burger. Everything was quite good especially the Chinese Pork Burger. The outer shell was so crispy and the pork meat was so juicy and was seasoned just right. The Taiwanese Braised Pork rice was good but definitely not as good as in Taiwan lol. Also, if coming here, you have to try their signature pan fried buns. That is what they are known for. We didn't order it this time because we've had it a bunch of times already. Overall, this restaurant always hits. It's not the most amazing food but like the name suggest, It is very home style comfort food.

Luckily our booth was against a wall with space to put the dishes that didn't fit on the table. Dinner service was very busy as it was difficult to flag down a server to order. We tried the cuttlefish ball and sweet and sour cucumber salad eppetizers, the original noodle dish with sauce on the side, non vegetarian street noodle choice and the braised pork on rice dish that comes with optional seaweed soup on the side. Everything was tasty, but the seaweed soup was the least favourite for our table. Cuttlefish balls were crispy on the outside, juicy and bouncy on the inside with a sliight sweetness. The Cucumber salad used black vinegar as the base and were not too strong or punchy but provided a nice crisp relief with the other dishes. The egg noodles were just great. Firm and chewy and did I mentioned never ending?? If you need more noodles to gobble up whatever sauce or broth you order just ask! And a bowl will quickly appear at your table, included in your price. The flatter egg noodle was very light and the rounder egg pasta more chewy, both were delicious and held on to the sauces perfectly. The braised tea/soya egg were hard boiled and flavourful and this rice dish was very kid friendly too, a great way to introduce kiddos to the menu. Service was quick and friendly and well worth a detour to visit.
