Most places it is an older dancer that works with them and while it's not necessarily a bad thing, it's also not the most beneficial. At The Dance Space, Tara (THE OWNER) teaches the little ones. WHAT? That's right. I personally danced for 13 years and didn't have a studio owner/director work with me until I was 11 or 12. Plus, Tara has more patience and skill with these children than I could ever imagine. Even as a new student, my daughter was welcomed so warmly. We are so happy here and hope to have a long tenure with The Dance Space.

The teachers who designed the syllabus have an extensive amount of knowledge and consider the age and physical development of the children when writing the curriculum and really KNOW what they are doing. No, I don't owe you money. No, I have never used your dance services before. Unprofessional to not check which numbers you are calling and leaving voice mails on. Yes, your call was an inconvenience to me. It doesn't matter if you intentionally made a mistake or not. Because of your error, you interrupted a scheduled interview I had. Also, you left a voice mail on the wrong number with potentially private payment information about one of your customers. So, you not only should have called me to apologize for screwing up my phone interview with your absent-mindedness, you should call the customer to let them know you left their payment information on someone else's phone. But since you lack basic apology skills, of course you won't do that. Not sure how this lady is a business owner!

When I see pronouns on name tags I don't see employees giving customer service, I see political…read moreposturing. The employees are hired for nose rings and wild colored hair and not for doing their job or experience. You pay 220 a month and all they do is hijack you for more money all the time. They double dip once they sell you a membership with lots of features and then they rent out those features and amenities to people that pay more, so you can't use what they sold the membership as, a classic bait and switch. The pool is great but you can only use when they are not reserving it for private use and lessons. The pickleball courts are great but you can only use them when they are renting them out for lessons, leagues and other money making events. I always feel like a sheep waiting to get fleeced by the employees trying to make quota on revenues. Buy this supplement, take this class, buy this lesson, try then drink, smh. They create an adversarial relationship with their so called "guest" by using them and not appreciating them. You are not a valued customer, you are "Mark" that has been lured in with fast talk so they can get access to your wallet. Once they get your membership, they could care less about your experience and use of facilities, now they want money to buy the use. Has you can tell from their app pic I posted, they are more concerned about employees than customers or guest.
