He gives such great feedback to the athletes. It doesn't matter if you're a basic or advanced stunter. They have people of all ranges that show up. Ryan is really great about making his way around to everyone. He makes an effort to learn everyone's name and get to know them. You feel right at home there. In most gyms stunt classes I have to do a lot of coaching with my girls. The people running the class like to stick around the more advanced stunters because that's more "fun" to work with. But Ryan is great and makes sure to work with everyone. It's great when you find a coach who actually knows what they're doing and clearly enjoys what they do! I have an infant and a husband who travels. I LOVE that I'm allowed to bring my son with me. Granted I keep him in the carrier the whole time, I worry about someone stepping on him. But I'm so appreciative of a gym that will allow me to work with my girls and have my son with me! Talk about family friendly! If you're in high school thinking about cheering in college, you're in college looking for somewhere to stunt or you're old like me and just like to see if you can still do a few skills I definitely recommend going here on Thursday nights at 8:15. Her reassuring guidance, breathing technique, and demonstration made it easier to follow along. The fragrant, cold towel felt like a reward at the end. I was freakishly surprised by how much my body and mind felt in just one class. I really enjoyed the overall vibe, great instruction, cleanliness and interaction. I have some health issues, and this class substantially reduced my pain. At the risk of sounding corny, the class was pretty magical as there's no denying how great I felt afterwards.

The room we practiced in had a huge open window with natural lighting, which made it very relaxing. I tried the Slow Flow class, and felt a release of anxiety and tension during and after. Jen was the instructor, and she was awesome! She has a very calm, relaxing voice, and the class was very easy to follow for a newbie. I love Inspire Yoga and can't wait to visit this location again.

I love how the class sizes are smaller and tutus of course are always a welcome! The studio itself is tidy, cozy and cute! We also just recently attended a "Twirling with Santa" at the studio. The price was very fair and it was a perfect and personal experience for the kids. So much better than waiting in line at the mall. Our experience has been amazing especially since my daughter has recently been diagnosed with Autism - this experience really helps mold her and means so much! P.s. YES! Terri and Patrick (owners) are so warm and welcoming regardless of whether it's your first class or your 100th+ class. They work hard to make the studio a fun, family-like atmosphere and it shows. They hire the best and most knowledgeable instructors, each of whom bring her own spin to class. All instructors welcome questions and are willing to assist you in making the most of your pilates practice. The only negative is if I go to book a class and it's full!!! And that's a negative for me, not for them! Fortunately, Thrive is adding more classes to evenings and weekends so there's a time for everybody.
