I contacted to General Manager Tricia and she remedied this right away. He is allowed as long as I accompanied him. Overall, this is a nice club. It has plenty of weights, machines, pool, and basketball courts. Some of the reviews have been subpar because it is not as fancy as other Lifetime Gyms. But this gym is less packed and has more weight and machine equipment than some of the fancier counterparts. I often drive further to this location.

The facility is well-equipped, with a large training area and dedicated equipment space. What sets Steadfast apart from traditional gyms is its structured and supportive training approach. Tim has been there every step of the journey, encouraging me to try new things, being goofy at 0530 am (we used to train at night but he built me up to where I'm excited to get out of bed), but most importantly being an advocate for my body. Training to recover from an injury is painful and in my opinion more patient than training for weightloss - you dont get to diet away not doing the exercise and Tim has been amazing at designing workouts which are exciting, effective, and challenging. Im never board when Im working out with Tim and its also amazing to get off time nutrition counseling and injury prevention tips.
