GREAT MENU! New to the East Coast, very few healthy places to eat, Turning Point has it all! They do a really great job across-the-board from the menu to the service, the juices and they also have great coffee. My go to place to eat ! They are way ahead of the times and successful ! read more

Friendly service. Nice food. Warm fireplace. Lots of booths. Will be back for lunch frequently.

Big shout out to Jamie in the Kitchen here. We frequent Doylestown, Turning Point and the food here is amazing when she's working :) Though we don't get to converse with her due to how hard she is working, we are so thankful y'all have her as head of the kitchen here. Jamie you are a rockstar! Keep up the great work :) read more

I read the previous reviews and thought what are these people smoking. I go to Turning Point in Doylestown for breakfast quite often and have never left there hungry or felt ignored. Service has been fine, food is tasty and I don't leave hungry. (I am a pretty good eater). They do have a lot of young servers and I think that the change overs during the school year makes for newer staff at times. Give them a break. If they are ignoring you ask to speak to the manager and see if there is a reason for any delays. Be nice and enjoy the food. read more

Excellent, slightly upscale and modern diner! Loved all the healthy, as well as vegetarian and vegan options! The CrossFit omelette was huge and very good. They also have a lot of different coffee options! Definitely recommend! read more

Finally,,, a breakfast spot in Dtown that is good and doesn't destroy your wallet. So good. So, so good. Coffee is special, bacon is epic, chic sausage is awesome, pancakes are incredible. Fountain soda Pepsi was super bubbly. Server was super sweet and cool and had the best butt I've ever seen in my entire lifetime. Fireplace is dope. read more

After waiting for 40 minutes without any interaction from Restaurant Management, we just left. Three other couples left with us, as well. The manager was very indifferent and displayed neither empathy or any degree of friendliness (well, it did used to be Friendly's). We were so "unimpressed," as locals eagerly anticipating an option to "Microwave Panera," that we are not likely to return. I guess we could bring some cards or a Monopoly Game to occupy the wait; but, seriously, our first experience really sucked! read more

Enjoyed the food. Their lunch items are well portioned, well priced, and tasty. Have always had friendly and efficient servers.

This restaurant is grossly overpriced. The food was terrible, cold and the service basically non existent. Save your wallet and time wasted..... read more

I had high hopes for the Cran Walnut chicken sandwich. You can't mess this up I said to myself. Well it was drenched with mayonnaise. Cannot taste the chicken or cranberries. Probably one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. Please do not drench the food with sauce. You are taking away the experience of having a good lunch. read more

One of the best places around for a healthy breakfast. Many choices and also traditional dishes. Great family atmosphere. Clean and service is good. Food is made to order as requested. read more

Went on Memorial Day to try it for the first time. There was a long wait, and we should have cut our losses at that point. When we did get seated it was on the patio. With the weather, the humidity was like 95% and it was warm (A/C was on in the main part of the restaurant). It was not pleasant. They should not have been seating people on the patio. We were also next to a ledge that was along the wall of the patio enclosure. There were spiders and small gnat bugs crawling on it. Pluses were that the food was fine, the coffee was great and the server was attentive. Having said that, we won't be back. read more

Out of the park home run. Been there three times since they opened. The staff is awesome, very friendly and engaging. The food is fresh, creatively prepared and beautifully presented. Bacon lollipops, key west shrimp omelet and my wife's favorite eggs Benedict. The avocado toast is great to.... get the idea? everything either my fellow diners or I've had there has been great. I'm a 30 year Dtown resident and this is our new go to breakfast place. read more

If you want cold food, bad service and woke politics then step right into the twilight zone. Long wait for a table in an empty restaurant? Longer wait for cold food to be sloppily served. The chain has other locations that aren't this bad. Mismanagement needs to be replaced. Tip given was not earned. read more

Hostess told us 20 mins We were seated 1 hour later after several Other people who came after. Apparently only restaurant on earth that gives priority to call ahead patrons. Bad customer que management People in front of you should always be first. Call aheads are not guaranteed to show. Until then you wont be able to estimate wait times for folks on site. That way you have a standard wait time for all. The kitchen and wait staff were wonderful so I give two stars but unfortunately they were brought down by overall poor restaurant management Time to call the rescue show for help. read more

Blah not worth waiting 45 mins for this. I could stick my finger in and it was cold. The girl sitting next to us only waited maybe 5 mins for hers. While we had to wait I wondered if they were hatching the eggs in the back? The cheese was already dry and cold by the time it made it to me. I know now why there's a wait Bc it takes forever to make sure the foods cold to bring to the customer. read more

I got Nola's sweet and spicy shrimp hash and was overwhelmed with the sweet and barely got the spicy. I wish it was more savory but that's just my preference. Cute brunch will probably come again and try something new! read more

Turning Point - Nola Sweet & Spicy Shrimp Hash - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Doylestown, Pennsylvania

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday at noon. It was packed, and the wait time for a table for two was 45 minutes, which we declined. Hope to go back sometime when they are less crowded. read more

Wait for 6 was over an hour. Hosts and hostesses should be turning tables over much quicker. Food is not of the caliber to justify the wait. Server was very friendly and food was ok. read more

Dirty coffee cups, some kind of hair (eyelash?) in food, and a bunch of side-eye from the wait staff. Poor.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant waiting for 45 mins that's not even the bad part but I feel bad for the people that had to wait outside for awhile there was a bunch of tables open and people weren't being seated it was really hot when we finally got our table the place was very dirty waited for 30-40 mins for my food when it came it was gross the latte was spilled the strawberries were rotten the pancakes had hair in them the glasses of water were dirty tables were dirty had spiders and spider webs under them the most horrible established i have been in don't not recommend and on top of that my kid hasn't been feeling good all day the salad also had rotten leafs don't recommend read more

Was here Saturday for breakfast. Was crowded waited 20minutes which was no big deal. Then were seated put in our orders and waited an additional 45minutes manager comes over to the table And tells us another 10minutes. 20minutes later food arrives. I did not make a big deal as it was by daughter's birthday and did not want her to feel uncomfortable. How about a percentage off the bill or free drinks or even toast for the mishap? Im not interested in e-mailing you to discuss further. read more

Always crowded and the staff always so slow to turn over tables. Mediocre chain food Zero fooks given here

We went for breakfast yesterday. Ordered eggs Benedict. What I had was hard boiled egg on top of cold, burnt (must have been sitting around) English muffin and sliced tomato with Hollandaise on top. How would one eat that? Manager gave me a poached egg and extra sauce to put on my plate which didn't work (instead of giving me a new set). She tried. Our waitress was very pleasant. We will not rush back to this place soon. It confirms my belief about chain restaurants. read more

The Turning Point in Doylestown is the best we have been to; food is excellent and Cassie- (sorry - Cassidy) - our server is amazing.... She is super friendly and does everything possible to make sure you have exactly what you want. The atmosphere is great, very relaxed and organized even when it gets crowded.. The menu has something for everyone , and has offerings no one else around has like French Press specialty coffee at the table, all served with a flourish - the plates and glasses are unique! Fantastic place! read more

Dined here today and it was underwhelming at best. Friendly service but the food wasn't anything to get excited about. read more

Their take on pancakes and waffles are.......AMAZING!! Plus they have these cute mini milkshakes. Yum. Really an amazing little place to go for breakfast. read more

If I could give this place a negative 2 I would. The only reason for the 2 stars is because the waitress was very good. Food quality was like something I would get in a third world country. No joking around. Ordered breakfast Received cold bacon that looked like it was three or four days old. Stale. Tasted horrible. Two eggs over easy I would give a pass on just OK. Coffee was OK. Rye toast was not toasted. And the bread was cold and seemed old to me. Food quality was horrible unless they change how food is prepared I don't think this place is going to make it. Good points- waitress was very nice and very efficient table was clean place seemed clean, however, no soap in the men's room so that begs the question, are they washing their hands? keep in mind this was a Tuesday and the place was not busy at all. My advice is that they get someone in there that can help them improve the whole process with food quality because the way it is now it is not going to work read more

Found this place on our way back to New York. What a pleasant surprise! Excellent food, service. Everything from the coffee and tea, to the omelets and bowls were fantastic! Highly recommend if you're in the area! read more

A friend and I ate brunch here for the first time last Thursday. We were very pleased with our experience overall. The decor Is very attractive and contemporary; the waitstaff was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. I had the lemon blueberry pancakes and a side of turkey bacon. My friend had a cheese omelette with regular bacon, which she enjoyed very much. She also raved about her hazelnut latte. I was a little bit disappointed with the pancakes, though. They were chock full of blueberries, but not even a hint of lemon. But we plan to return soon and try something else. Almost forgot to add they have a cute outdoor seating area. read more

The food is always great quality and super fresh. They're always busy, but it doesn't take long to get your food. The coffee stays hot inside the pot. They give you a whole pitcher of water for the table. They also have a QR code on the receipt so you can pay right off your phone, I paid via Apple Pay it was super easy! read more

Went there for Sunday brunch. The food was great. The service was amazing. Somewhat noisy. Family friendly. Will definitely go again when back in area. read more

Worth the (short) wait! We took advantage of the "get in line option" the first time we went, and used the very short wait to view the menu online. When we sat down service was super fast and friendly. The bacon pops were a huge hit, especially with my kids. Everything was so good, we decided to head back for a second time within the same week! This has easily become our go to spot and we love that it's conveniently located. Great addition to the neighborhood! read more

Had very poor service and was double charged for our breakfast. Alot of our breakfast items were cold and they were supposed to be hot. Our server we could barely hear and she wouldn't speak up. We waited sooooo long for our food and other customers were getting their food before us and they cam in after we did. I did reach out to the turning point and they have been uncooperative in sorting it out with the double charge. Our meal which totaled up at $45 ended up being $71 and that's before tip. When questioned the manager at the restaurant refused to show us the reciept. Very horrible experience all around. read more

Such a cute location and addition to Doylestown! Their food is fantastic and the service is phenomenal. Definitely worth it to check out their new menu, I got the GOAT omelette and my bf got the strawberry french toast and they were both delicious :) read more

Haven't been to the turning point in a while - decided to stop in for brunch at this new location. So glad I did! Food was way better than I remember and the new iced cold brew toffee coffee was really good! We will be back. read more

Everything they make is homemade & freshly prepared. This is locally owned .They treat you like family.

My wife and I tried a few times to lunch at Turning Point. The first attempts ended with us leaving before we were seated due to long wait times. Our assumptions were that the food was that good to attract the crowds. When we finally got to eat there we were very disappointed. I had the chicken and waffles which was inedible. Siracha overwhelmed any other possible flavor and chicken had been refried so many times as to give it the consistency of concrete aggregate. I know restaurants are having staffing issues, but the food delivered to our table was inexcusable. Our first and last time to this venue. Little improvement over the Friendly's that once occupied the pad site. Only the visual esthetics were improved. read more

Food tasted assembled. As if it came frozen in a bag and was heated, tossed with a couple of ingredients and brought to the table. With tip about $75 for 4 people. Not interested in returning. read more

I went to the Doylestown location today for breakfast with a friend. I called ahead for the waitlist and the girl I talked to on the phone, Gabriella, was so kind and welcoming. Then, once we were seated, our server Lindsey was great from the start of the meal to the finish. We did have a problem with one of our entrees, but they were kind enough to take it off the bill AND the manager came over to talk to us. It turned out the lovely lady I talked to on the phone was also the manager. She chatted with us for a bit and we were sure to tell her how delicious the rest of the meal was! We will for sure be back here. If not for their food, for their kind staff. read more
