My service plan is complete and I must say, the issue I had is gone and after months now, is still gone! Dr. Scott provided closing feedback and suggestions to help keep the issue away. Of course body movement is all the time and even while asleep and adjustments are always needed not just for posture and preventive maintenance but for wellness too. My service plan was worth it and I plan to continue regular visits to help with sleep and work habits. I am so happy my friend recommended this place to me. Dr. Davis was my chiropractor and HE is absolutely the best! I previously went to cornerstone chiropractic in Ewa and didn't have much of a good experience there. They started off with an educational video about 6 min long, about what to expect in chiropractic sessions and soon after Dr. Davis came in and asked me questions about any pain I may have had. He was very attentive and responded to everything I said. I had lower back pain and neck pains. I was also very stiff, limited movements throughout my whole body. When it came down to the adjustment part I was very nervous, I have never had a full body adjustment. He did my lower back and then my neck and I had no idea my neck could crack so much lol. After the full adjustment I was able to move around a little more, my neck pains somewhat went away but I was a little more flexible with my movements throughout my whole body. Dr. Scott is the best chiropractor there is by far. I've see others that don't won't take insurance but here at Turning Point Chiropractor they do. Before your treatments they have you lay on either a water massaging table (my favorite) or a roller table both with heating elements and you also have a choice to use a tens unit or not which prepare your back for the adjustments. Dr. Scott listens to you before, during and after your treatments he also makes suggestions on what to do to avoid aggravating & strengthening the areas that he's working on. Coming from the healthcare field as well having a very friendly and personal experience shows how much he loves his job and cares for his patients. I've been seeing him for a short time and I can totally feel the difference. I'm sure soon I'll be able to start working out at home & the gym with his approval. I love this place. I got referred from VA since it's the closest Chiropractic. The first day, doctor has explained to me the cause of pain and treatment plan which is nice. Then the water bed message is quick awesome to have that prepares you for the adjustment. And the adjustment itself is REALLY good. I can't say enough great things about Turning Point in Ewa Beach. I began my wellness journey in Oct. 2020. I had back pain for over 10 years from giving birth. I also had bad migraines from stress. As apprehensive as I was, the staff and Dr. Davis was amazing from the second I stepped in. First, there is a spa like scent when you walk in. That already puts me in a relaxed mood. Then, the staff at the front desk are always so courteous and are always smiling. The waiting room is clean and usually empty. If I'm early or on time for my appointment, I'm seen immediately. That NEVER happens at any other doctor visit I go to. Dr. Davis is amazing! He takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable (not so nervous) by explaining the process, answers all my questions, and is extremely personable. Since going, my migraines are now gone and my lower back has improved tremendously! My body gets pretty beat up from my workouts, and I always feel like I pressed restart after my adjustments. That's because Dr. Davis takes the time to really get to know what bothers you and plans your treatment thoroughly. My boyfriend also gets treatment here with Dr. Davis and his sleep pattern has greatly improved, as well. Lastly, I've never experienced a place where they appreciate their members so much. They have member appreciation days where they dedicate a day to offer a free adjustment to their members. They even provided snacks and drinks. My husband and I have been coming here for about a month now. I wanted to wait til we completed a couple of sessions before I wrote a review. As we were asking for recommendations of any chiropractic in the ewa beach area, several people mentioned this place. Turning Point is located deep in Ewa Beach in the same parking lot as Burger King, the bottom floor of the two story building directly across. Although it does seem like a small clinic, their patient turnover is pretty quick. It's nice that we have come frequently enough that they welcome you by name. I know it was already mentioned in previous reviews, but we also would like to say that we love Dr. Scott! He is very informative and he takes the time to answer whatever questions we may have at the time. We are only halfway through our sessions, but we both know that slowly but surely our bodies will get to where they need to be. Pricing is very reasonable. If your insurance doesn't cover, they work with you and even offer different payment options. We definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who lives in the area (or not). read more

Let's just say they have AWESOME customer service! From booking an appointment over the phone to going in for service, they were patient and kind the whole time. When i walked in i was greeted by the receptionist with a smile, filled out some paper work then off i went to watch a short video about what i was about to experience with the chiropractor. As soon as the video was done, Dr. Scott came over and talked with me about my shoulder (which i have an injury from a year ago). He talked about what chiropractic could do for the body as well. Next we went into the room and before he did anything, he walked me through what was about to happen. Let's just say, the whole year last year my shoulder felt like it was on fire. The day i went to see Dr. Scott and got services done my pain completely went away (like magic!) i would recommend anyone to check out turning point Chiropractic for their awesome customer service, friendly staff & to get realigned & be pain free. Started coming here after I had a bad car accident in 2021 and bad neck pain. All the chiropractors and staff are friendly and professional. I like how they have roller massage tables, water massage tables and TENS if you want to use it before your session. I always feel good after a session here. I like how they have weekends or evening sessions. The place is very clean and parking is easy. The only thing that needs help is the text appointment reminders. The text said that my appointment was 30 minutes earlier than the time booked at the front desk which left me confused. I had to call the front desk to confirm the correct time where they said just come at my original time stated. Other than that, I really enjoy coming here! read more

Chiropractors knows exactly where the treatment is needed and they make recommendations for you to be seen sooner if needed. Or if you feel like you need to be seen, you can easily get an appt. I was having issues with lower back pain and mid back numbing/tingling sensations from what I understand to be a pinched nerve. Recently started going to TPC... it was pretty easy getting an appointment. I appreciate how informative and detailed Dr Davis was on my first visit. So far I've only had 1 actual session... I suffer from consistent migraines that heighten before/during rain, LB discomfort, and constantly waking up through out the night. After my session, I was able to fully sleep through the night for the next few days. The past week was cloudy and rained, I was soooo happy to finally not get a migraine! My back hurt more when I left. The first chiropractor was experienced and very helpful. On my second visit, I waited 20 minutes before a young chiropractor entered and started educating me about the importance of taking care of your back. His words sounded rehearsed as if read from a script. The first crack was the worst as he pushed down hard on my hurt area in the middle of my back. He didn't ask me many questions beforehand, he just went straight to cracking. He didn't know where my hurt area was and why I scheduled my visit in the first place. His movements were jerky and forceful. The procedure felt rushed and that he needed to be somewhere else. I was fearful for my life as he cracked my neck on both sides. After 5 minutes of torture, he gave me a plan to visit the chiropractor 2-3 times a week for a few weeks, then once a week after that. I don't have the time or the money for his divine plan for me. My back felt good going into the office and felt damaged after my visit. I scheduled my next appointment somewhere else. read more
