My initial visit I went for low back pain, and I felt great after that adjustment. The second time I asked about my lower and upper extremity pain (elbows/knees) as I suffer from Sjrogren's Disease and it affects my joints tremendously. Literally after the appointment I was amazed not feeling any pain whats so ever, and I have been in pain since 2024. I've tried massages, acupuncture, cupping - you name it just to feel some relief and nothing compares to seeing Dr. Barber. Today is day 2 after my second appointment and I feel amazing that I can feel normal again (almost forgot the feeling). I literally had to quit my career because I couldn't function day to day without extreme pain, and it made me sad because I had hopes of becoming a nurse prior to contracting my illness. Two visits in and I'm already excited to jump back in the hospital setting based on how I feel. Dr. Barber saved my life, and I will forever be grateful to him :) Writing this alone brings me to tears because of how happy I am. No one should live life suffering everyday, so see Dr. Barber you won't regret it!!!! I have purchased 5 treatments and plan to continue with his recommendations. I don't care where Dr. Barber is, I will go anywhere just to get treated by him. He is the real deal.

I wish i had remember the other lady's name that does the billing! Which brings me to the next point, totally affordable with and even without the insurance. They even do like different payment options as well like paying for all your sessions to get a bigger discount. On my "destination wellness" right now, i am given key exercises to help maintain that healthy spine! Dr. Wilson is my doctor and he is just amazing at what he does! Very knowledgeable and explains each un-aligned vertebrae. I love the stepbystep and according to him and my back feeling newer than ever, I am on my way to a fully aligned back! Also, they provide "treatments" like roller bed and waterbeds too that loosen up your back that helps a lot! And just feels goood! In the beginning, i was skeptical because i had an amazing dr. (Dr. Norm) from island family chiropractor, but he unfortunately moved too far for me. I am sooo happy with the switch because like i said... they don't just fix the issues of today, but they give your back life again for a better future and steps for you to be on a destination of wellness... see ya'll on Wednesday!

Thankfully I found Dr. Gabby and she has been great--I always feel so much relief after my adjustments with her. One downside is that not every doctor there feels as skilled. I've had a few adjustments where nothing really cracked or I actually felt a little worse after. Another con can be scheduling--sometimes it's difficult to make or cancel an appointment. I've left messages before and didn't get a call back. Lately I've just been walking in and the staff is friendly enough to try to fit me into the schedule, but it's not always guaranteed that I'll get the doctor I prefer. Overall though, I'd definitely recommend seeing Dr. Gabby specifically.

When I discovered that my usual Doctor isn't working for IFC anymore I was sad but not disappointed after starting my sessions with Dr. Stephanie. She's cheerful, bubbly, and gets the job done. I loved hearing her story on how she got interested in becoming a chiropractor and I love doctors who are passionate about what they're doing and love coming in to work everyday. You know how people say managers can make or break a workplace? Well, that's why I had to knock off a star. Maybe management got better since I've been there but you don't lose a group of employees in a company in one swoop without good reason. How do I know this happened? Coconut wireless. First let me say this is not my first experience with a chiropractor but it was worth trying a new…read morechiropractor closer to home. I've been on a motorcycle accident rehab journey since 2014 so I've had my fair share of physical rehab as well so there are things regarding the spine, and tissue, that I have already been aware of. I also chose this clinic because it had mostly 5 star ratings with one bad rating - that had nothing to do with their practice so I disregarded it. The great things were that everyone was friendly. Good vibes. However I thought the assessment was not that thorough considering my previous chiropractic experience which included X-rays, posture assessment; spine, pelvic position, feet position, etc. This had none of that but more just asking where the pain was and my history about the pain. Then he went straight to aligning and cracking with no warming up. In the past I'd have electric stim for about 10 min with a warm pad, massage about 5 min to loosen the area, and then the alignment and it wasn't so harsh. Sometimes they'd incorporate laser therapy, or infrared therapy. Overall I thought the care was so incomplete. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. My old chiropractor would also go over rehabilitation exercises that would help strengthen those areas. This clinic had none of that nor was he curious as to what kind of rehab exercises I did. For those of you who are searching for long term results in healing your joint and tissue dysfunction you need to research FRC- Functional Range Conditioning, Kinstretch which is a branch of FRC, PAILs and RAILs - Progressive / Regressive Angular Isometric Loading. These exercises are proven to rebuild tissue quality and neurological connection to those areas improving hydration to those areas. Another thing your chiropractor won't tell you is how your diet (which should be aligned with your ancestry and genes) and your quality of sleep will help with the healing process or poor practices will keep you spiraling out of order. Chiropractic care is only temp relief and does serve a purpose. Thank you guys for that. But it should by no means be a crutch to get by with temp episodes of mobility. Sure accidents happen and they can jump start the process but be aware you don't have to depend on them weekly when you learn and discover how to rebuild tissue and neurological connections. It becomes just another money making machine without actually healing root problems. Good Luck to you all. Hope I brought a ton of awareness to a lot of people who are needing real long term results.

I wanted to go to a chiropractor closer to home and decided not to go with them because of the cost and unnecessary x-rays. I would need to be worked on instead of waste two sessions for x-ray and timeline. My parents started seeing Dr. Cassy over a month now and recommended that I see her. Thank goodness her staff was so friendly and was able to get me an appointment in such short notice after cancelling the other appointment I had with the chiropractor closer to home. The office is located on the second floor by the staircase next to fatboy's next to costco. The receptionist were very nice and polite. I was given paperwork to fill out before my appointment. Once I was done, I went to watch an informative video about your spine. Once Dr. Cassy was available, she did a series of visual tests and took my picture. She explained thoroughly how the spine worked and the benefits of seeing a chiropractor. Lets just say... I'm jacked up. When she took me into the room and started doing work on me... DAAAANG. We got some good cracks. I felt wonderful. After I left, I tried to be more cautious of my posture (I slouch bad) and to not self crack. My second appointment three days later confirmed that I was jacked up. Normal head for my weight is 10lbs but the way my posture, it feels llike 44lbs on my spine. Ugh. I can honestly say I do not feel the pain I was feeling prior to coming. I am glad I made the move to go see a chiropractor. I'm glad I found Dr. Cassy as she is very personable, caring, and great at what she does. She is currently pregnant but, I heard that Dr. Kurtus is also good. My dad who is over 350lbs, goes to both Dr. Cassy and Dr. Kurtus. Very happy with my experience and my plan for a better back. I would highly recommend the staff here!
