I've been going to this chiropractic office for a while now. Dr. Hunter was my first chiropractor here and he was amazing, so when he left it was a little hard to find another doctor I liked as much. Thankfully I found Dr. Gabby and she has been great--I always feel so much relief after my adjustments with her. One downside is that not every doctor there feels as skilled. I've had a few adjustments where nothing really cracked or I actually felt a little worse after. Another con can be scheduling--sometimes it's difficult to make or cancel an appointment. I've left messages before and didn't get a call back. Lately I've just been walking in and the staff is friendly enough to try to fit me into the schedule, but it's not always guaranteed that I'll get the doctor I prefer. Overall though, I'd definitely recommend seeing Dr. Gabby specifically. read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE that actually cares about the patients instead of money. Do NOT trust the office staff. I have reached my limit of giving this office opportunities....first they charged me an entire office visit when I had insurance to cover it. After they failed to verify my insurance on their own even after I provided them with a screenshot of the covered services. I provided even more information (ID and customer service number) they said they called to verify but they did not even actually call. It was not until I called my insurance company and attempted a conference call with turning point office that we were actually able to get the office the info they needed. Finally I was able to use my insurance after multiple calls between the office and my insurance, delaying my care for about 2 weeks. Once actually at the office again they made me sign a paper stating that only adjustments are covered which again was not true and Im still working with the office to get clarification again delaying my care. After over a month of care from Dr. Gabby (who is great at her job and the only reason I kept dealing with the horrible office). Today marked the last straw and the last time I will ever go to this office unless something drastically changes. Per my insurance I can only be seen by the chiropractor who examined me and all my appointments were to be with Dr. Gabby...well I show up today and shocker the office forgot to tell me I would be with another doctor. I just feel bad for the more vulnerable patients who would just pay whatever turning point chiro asks instead standing up for themselves. Two weeks later, I am still suffering debilitating pain which has forced me to miss work, and be barely able to care for myself. I believed the "5 star" reviews... which after visiting, realized their offices are full of incentives to leave for discounts and perks. I write this review to try and warn others to do your research... I wish so much I had and could have avoided enormous and enduring pain, suffering, and abuse. read more

I have had chiropractic care before here, but coming here has been a game changer. First of all, working multiple jobs as well as being a mom of 4...time is priceless! The clinic I used to go to did not take this into consideration. Sometimes the wait time was almost an hour! Here an appointment scheduled is when they will see you! Soooooo helpful! The process here has been very smooth from the consultation to creating a plan and going through it. I've been here for a little over 2 weeks and even after only 2 weeks...I already feel a difference in my body! I'm excited to see how things change. I was referred to Turning Point Chiropractic by my PCP and I absolutely love it! The first time that I came to their clinic, I was welcomed by the sweetest and most accommodating women at the front desk. I immediately saw a doctor that took x-rays of my back and were able to promptly establish the issues I had been dealing with, as well as a plan to remedy all of the problems! I was extremely pleased with their plan for my recovery and I also really appreciate it how thoroughly the doctor explained it to me. Due to the severity of the back problems I have been experiencing, they requested to see me two times a week for four weeks and then once a week for the next four weeks after that. So, at the end of the two months and 12 appointments within that time span, all my back problems should hopefully be completely rectified. I cannot express how hopeful and happy that made me feel. The clinic is open seven days a week, which makes scheduling an appointment that works with your schedule very easy. That is another huge aspect of this clinics services that I really enjoy. As you know, scheduling any type of medical appointment can be very stressful and complicated. Before coming here I was always having back problems... now, not 100% yet but it's gotten a lot better. I was curious about chiropractic adjustments so impulsively made an appointment to see what it was about. For my first appointment, they sat me in a room and had me watch a 5-min video answering all the questions new patients would have. The doctor then came in for the screening to see what areas need treating and what types of services would be best for me. It was recommended I use the therapy beds before leaving for the day, which I quickly learned was not covered by insurance. The front desk then scheduled me another appointment a couple days later for the actual adjustment (which only lasted a few minutes), followed by a personalized plan created by the doctor. When I came back, they immediately had me hop on a therapy bed without asking if I was comfortable paying the extra $15. The office space was beautiful with lots of rooms, doctors, assistants, and patients walking around. Everyone was very professional and informative about the services. I'd be interested in moving forward with my personalized plan if I had the financial means and flexibility to come in multiple times a week, because I understand this not only addresses current pain but also prevents future issues. My husband found this place via Yelp. We needed to find a good Chiro place near our new home. This was super convenient. It was very easy getting an appointment. They are very educational and professional. All the chiros are great. We especially enjoyed Dr. Scott he did our initial assessment. It's nice because they see me and my husband together at the same time. The facility is clean and there is plenty of parking outside. The therapies they offer are tens unit, a water bed and a roller bed. All are wonderful to help you loosen up any tension you may have. The staff are friendly and informative. I was looking for a nearby chiropractor and was very surprised to find that Turning Point Chiropractic is open 7 days a week, and has evening hours. Since they're open weekends, I asked Rani R if he'd like to go, too. I was also surprised to find their brightly lit, open concept office tucked into a strip mall next to my favorite neighborhood Mexican eatery. Who knew? It looks like Turning Point Chiropractic has locations nation wide. This is the first chiropractor that I've been to that's not a one location office. We have only been to two visits so far, but have found Dr. Will to be very thorough in explaining the value of chiropractic adjustment. I'm hoping that by getting some regular adjustments, I can have fewer aches & pains sometime soon. The office is accommodating of couples appointments, which is a nice touch. Since our last visit a week ago, there were even changes made, and some of the open concept offices were being enclosed. This will make a smaller space, but also more privacy. There is always amble parking in the shopping center. The staff is always friendly and understanding when booking or changing appointments. I see Dr. Will and he is always great at getting the kinks out that I need to have full mobility in my shoulders/neck. He gives you stretches to help in between appointments. This is the second time I've had a phone call to confirm an appointment only to show up the next day for that appointment and my doctor not be in office - not out sick or emergent, but scheduled time off - and their plan is just to sub out with a different doctor I've never met. Is it that difficult to let patients know when confirming the appointment so that they have a choice in their care? With all of the choices for chiropractic treatment, I don't know that I'll be back as I want to be seen by a practice that holds itself accountable. read more

We came here for the first time and was very happy and satsified with our appointment. When you enter, you are greeted by the girls at the front desk. They were very nice. After filling out paperwork, we were taken into a room in the back and watched a 5 minute video about what chiropractic is all about and what to expect. Shortly after the video, we were greeted by Dr. Will who was very professional and nicel. We went over our paperwork then he did an assessment and onto our adjustment. It was my first adjustment and boy did I feel better afterwards. He did a great job! I heard and felt many cracks and immediately wasn't as tight as when I entered the door. I would recommend coming to Turning Point Chiropractor and seeing Dr. Will. He gave us many pointers and exercises to do and I look forward to coming back for my next appointment with him.
