I just want to share how much I appreciate Dr. Behruz and his team. He's very well-known at my workplace because everyone genuinely loves coming here and for good reason. (we never stop referring). His approach is different from others I've experienced. He incorporates deep massage techniques that truly make a noticeable difference in how you feel. Another huge plus is that he accepts our insurance, so there's never any out-of-pocket cost, which makes it even more accessible. Compared to other places I've been to where I have to spend $100 first then extra $20/30 per visits. I'm actually really going to miss coming here since I'll be leaving soon. Many years ago I had an amazing chiropractor but life moved me to another state and after multiple attempts at findings another provider, I gave up. Years later, I'm now in Hawaii and decided to search again for someone and I thank my lucky stars that I found Behruz Chiropractic. The office was easy to find, it's situated right across from McDonalds in Aiea. You will have to get a parking ticket to go in, but parking shouldn't cost more than a few bucks. He is located on the 3rd floor across from the elevator and upon entering his office, you will notice soft music playing creating a spa like ambiance. The front staff is soooo friendly and they usually have some treats like Hi-Chews or Hawaiian shortbread in a little dish. Nice touch! When you meet Dr B, you will find that he is kind, professional and genuinely cares about making you feel good again. He takes the time to go over any aches and pains prior to setting you up on the stem machine and heat pads. After about 10 glorious minutes, he comes back to work out any kinks and ease the tension and boy did I need it. Afterwards, the adjustment process begins and just like the massage and the initial warm up, he takes his time. I walked out of the office feeling lighter, more flexible and noticed a significant improvement in my muscle tension. **follow up review for visit #2: the second visit was shorter as I didn't need the full evaluation but I still received the same amount of time towards adjustment, warm up, massage and stem machine. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Behruz after he helped her so much with chronic back pain. I found Dr. Behruz's office staff friendly and easy to work with. During my appointment, he was very patient and took his time to listen to my complaints. I can not say enough good things about how much his treatments have helped me!!!! I am 69 years old and have injured by back several times by lifting too much, climbing hills and generally just getting old. LOL Not much Dr. Behruz can do about that but at least he's helped me stay active. I'm in process of getting my husband an appointment to help with his recovery after hip replacement surgery. Dr. Behruz is exceptional. He is the type of doctor that you want to share with everyone how amazing he is, but then you don't want to cause he's your best kept secret and you don't want to tell the world you've found a keeper of a chiropractor (although I must admit I was referred to him by 2 of my co-workers). LOL! He uses e-stim and something similar to deep tissue massage prior to aligning to loosen the supporting muscles (yep hurts so good!). His office is located in the Aiea Medical Building on the the 3rd floor so you'll need to pull a ticket to park and there is no validation but its only $1 an hour. He treats me, my wife and my 10 year old son especially since he practices taekwondo 6 days a week. Excellent bed side manner and scheduling can easily be done online. You will also receive a text for appointment scheduling as well as reminder prior to your scheduled appointment date. I am so glad that they started accommodating VA insurance early last year. Dr. Behruz is fantastic! I have had chronic pain that has been bothering me for a very long time now. I actually have had this review ready in March 2021, and I thought I posted it. That's why this review is long overdue. But here it goes. I have been receiving care for over a year now, and I see Dr. Behruz weekly. I wish to leave a review every after visit and adjustment, but I am just so busy doing that. But here I am now leaving a review that can guarantee anyone wanting chiropractic care how awesome Dr. Behruz's service is. Dr. Behruz's treatment and care are fantastic! I see instant results. I even asked him what kind of magic he uses, and he said it's chiropractic magic! Every week treatment is excellent, and now, I am slowly doing movements that I was hesitant to do because of my fear of pain flare-ups. I've only been to one other chiropractor so I don't have a lot of experiences, but Dr. Behruz is awesome. I had the good fortune to begin seeing him after purchasing a Groupon/Living Social (I forget which one) and have been seeing him since. He starts the visit off with those electrical pads that are taped to your back. I'm sure there's a tech name for it, but I don't know what it is! I think it stimulates the muscles? After about 15 minutes or so, he'll start massaging out some of the areas on your back. It's always amazing that he knows exactly where to press to make it feel better. It's sometimes sore, but it's always a "good sore." After some minutes of massaging, he'll adjust you. I love that he massages before he adjusts you since I feel like my body is "ready" for the adjustment. On top of this awesome treatment, Dr. Behruz is kind, helpful, and seems to genuinely care about his patients' well-being. Since visiting him, I have recommended him to 5 of my family members and they are now all regular patients of his! He currently works from either his office in Aiea Medical or he also works at Body and Mind Spa at Pearlridge. If you have any back problems/headaches, don't delay and call Dr. Behruz! 10/10 Would Recommend. A couple of days ago, I went to Dr. Behruz and it was fantastic!! He has a little quaint office in Aiea. The setting was very peaceful, and I was able to relax and enjoy the session. As the previous review said, his deep tissue massages (myofascial release) are AMAZING. Going to see him for that alone is worth it!! He really gets into the tough, tight knots of tissue. I've gone to get massages before, but this is the best massage I've ever had! Just breathe deeply through it. I had one spot in my back/shoulder that's been there for years. It felt so good to have someone work on it. Dr. Behruz was just great! My husband and I went in together (which is rare to be able to schedule and accommodate couples appointments elsewhere), and he was able to set us up for treatments in one session. I thought one of us would have to wait. He started with feeling for tender or tight areas and just knew exactly how to remedy them. He then placed tens unit pads and heat pack. After 20 mins of that therapy, he continued on to pressure point massages that relieved tight areas. Then he completed the session with a whole body adjustment and release. First time ever seeing a chiropractor and it was a great visit. Dr Behruz is calming, from his tone of voice, to his knowledge in his practice all the way down to his touch and adjustments. I have waited a very long time to finally schedule an appointment because I've always had rediculous anxiety about having worse injuries because of an adjustment. But I've been told multiple times by many different people that it's just all those kung fu movies I've been watching lol. With the body stresses and straining I've been accumulating with every job and child for the past 2 decades, enough was enough. Lower back, shoulder, neck, arms and leg pains and problems I've been having, massage sessions weren't enough. I told Dr of all my aches and pains and he addressed every one of them. He listened to my concerns and really reassured me thay there was a solution. It wouldn't be over night but there would be relief. Before he started the adjustments he explained why my body was in pain. He also agreed that with every job, we accumulate more and more problems but being aware of our posture and body movements can definitely alleviate the stress. He had muscle simulators and heating pads to loosen up the muscles beforehand. They really helped because my shoulders weren't as uncomfortable as my arms were. During the session it was very new and different having areas of my body adjusted. But at the end I felt immediate relief. Just had my first treatment with Dr. Behruz today and it was awesome! I've been to other chiropractors, including one that did a 5 minute adjustment 3 times a week. But sitting in line for a 5 minute job then getting herded out so the next person could go just wasn't for me. I was looking for a chiropractor that would take the time to do a thorough adjustment and after reading the reviews, I decided to give Dr. Behruz a try and it was definitely worth it! First, he took the time to find out my issues. Then he did some deep tissue massage while my lower back was hooked up to the stimulation machine. Then he did more massaging before doing multiple adjustments on my back, hip, neck and foot (for Plantar Fasciitis). Dr. Behruz was very personable and was very thorough in addressing my issues. I will definitely be going back to him in the future and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a chiropractor that takes the time to find out what's bothering you and then does more than just crack your back and push you out the door. read more

I found Behruz Chiropractic through groupon after a fall. The Drs office is located in the Aiea medical building. I didn't find parking in small lot at first but did my second lap around . (Parking in building lot is about $1 an hour I believe ). When I got into the office I thought it was a bit cramped and dated compared to other offices. However, that is honestly the ONLY thing I can think of that I disliked. The receptionist was very friendly and they even have a section of paperwork u sign that includes Groupon info so it is all done before u get treated. When I went into room I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough the Dr was. I have had chiropractors before exam me and adjust me within 15 min. Dr Behruz took an hour. He gave a full exam, did tissue work , and my adjustment . He explained everything thoroughly. I found the treatment to be enjoyable and educational ! Although I am sore after (which is normal haha! ), I really am glad I went and found a great chiropractor! read more

This was my 1st time trying out a chiropractor and Dr. Behruz did an amazing job addressing all my problem areas. He is very knowledgeable and personable to his clients. I really appreciated him going over every problem area I listed on the initial paper work and explaining to me what was going on and things I can do at home to help relieve pain. I've been to many chiropractors in my life time and I must say Dr. B is amazing. 2nd to none. You wont be disappointed

If I could rate Dr. Behruz with 10 starts I absolutely would. I went to his office originally for my wife to have an adjustment but had no intention of getting one myself as my only experience with a Chiropractor was less than pleasant. While in his office, I told him about my back issues and that numerous doctors have told me I would have to take pain medication to "improve my quality of life" and just learn to live with the sciatica pain. This is a bleak future at 32 years old as I refuse to take pain medication. I recently started epidural injections in hopes of some relief but have not had any yet. Dr. Behruz explained to me that he is in this practice to help people like me avoid surgery, pain medication and injections and to help them find relief holistically. He offered to stay late and give me a treatment after finishing with my wife. He knew exactly where the pain was without me having to tell him and his soft tissue work was amazing. He is so kind and out of any Dr. I've met, has the most sincere and genuine heart to help people. He gave me hope that I don't have to just "live with the pain" and can look forward to healing in the future. We made an appointment for the following week and are looking forward to continuing to work with him! read more
