I like that Monty shows that he cares about not only the excellent work he performs but most importantly, his customers. He took the time to talk to me and that I am not just a ticket number to him. His prices are very good and my mower looks brand new. His 30 days return policy is very fare. I'm in customer service myself and I like dealing with my clients on a personnel level and it really pays off. You just don't see that kind of customer service much anymore. Do not buy anything from Robert at RG MOWER REPAIR in Adkins, Tx…read more We paid $1750 for a Zero Turn that we had to fight with him to come dis because the middle blade wasn't working. He sent his brother to come fix the blade not turning. His brother had to take off the deck and take it back to the shop because he was unable to fix it either. They came and installed the deck and ran without waiting to see if the lawnmower worker or not My husband tried turning on the mower but it kept shutting off. He told us he would only give us back $1600 I told Hume that I would rate him in FB Marketplace so that other people would judge for themselves if they wanted to trust him. Please listen to the video and judge for yourself. We are elderly, I have an inured hip and my husband is a veteran and a recent Cancer survivor. How terrible it is to have to deal with the aggravation and stress from Robert. He blocked me on FB so I couldn't post my review to warn other victims. PLEASE BEWARE!!

I'm a homeowner so I dont use my saw alot, I went to use it the other day amd it only ran for about 10mins before shutting off and not working again. Then he tells me there is only a 30 day warranty which again he never told me or had me sign anything. I explained to him he never told me that or I would have tried to use it a month ago. He offered to check the carb on Wednesday that he's open from 9 till 7. I wrote to go out there and now he has an appointment he didn't know the day before when I was asking to have my saw fixed correctly. Now he refuses to make things right, he's a thief, has poor communication skills, and will do anything to make a quick buck and then tell you there's nothing he can do. Shifty business practices.
