I received some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced from Nikki. She was extremely…read morerude, unprofessional, and made me feel as though I was being treated differently because of my background. I watched her treat the customer directly in front of me with kindness and respect, but when it was my turn to complete a return, her attitude toward me was completely different and felt unnecessarily hostile. No customer should be made to feel singled out or disrespected while simply trying to complete a return. Management should seriously address this situation and provide additional training on professionalism, respectful communication, and how to appropriately serve customers from all backgrounds. I will never return to this Staples location, and based on my experience, I would not recommend that anyone else shop here either.

5 STARS! Alan is the best phone and electronics technician and repair person! I always get fast…read moreservice and perfect repairs. I've brought in several cell phones / electronic devices and every time his high quality and great value repair work shines. Unlike a lot of phone repair places that are always closing and reopening and moving Alan and his business has been at this same location for a long time and that's a sign of great quality and value in any business but especially in the electronics repair business. 3R TEC is the place you can trust to get it done right the first time. I highly recommend you bring any item you really care about and want fixed right to Alan, he has never let me down. It's also nice there's usually plenty of parking and even some places to eat at the same location. I trust him so much I travel two towns over just to come and get my items fixed at a place I completely trust 100%. Try him once and you'll see why he's the best!

Aside from that, i know nothing else about their work. I highly vouch for their button making services!

This is not a business office at all. I ordered name cards for my kids graduation announcements and…read morethe day they were to be completed I walked in the place and the man acted as if he knew nothing of my order. I paid in advance so I figured they worked on their own time. If I had withheld payment I'm sure the cards would have been completed. The man said he was waiting on the person in Wisconsin to do the computer screening and then he could print and cut the cards. I just want to know if they are serious about their business or is this just a front for some other business they have. I like to support local businesses but only if they support my needs.
