I am very picky about who is in my personal space and I was not disappointed. I have NOT been to the dentist since 2021. I've had more important health issues going on so I neglected my teeth. Mind you they're still in good shape but I will need a root canal and bridges. The ONLY THING I can't get over is trying to get through on the phone but I can adjust. PLEASE GIVE DR. I was refused a refund for the X-rays. I told the office that I wouldn't be coming back. And then I was offered a refund that would be held and applied to my next visit. They were basically holding my refund hostage in exchange for keeping me as a patient. I again said that I wouldn't be coming back and they kept my refund. Bottom line. They don't care about you as a person or patient. They want to keep you coming back so they can continue to bill you. Even when what they do isn't covered by your insurance.

He works with most insurances and will work with you if he is out of network. I like the fact that he does teeth cleaning himself instead of passing it off to a hygienist. The best part of Dr Gardner is that he will not recommend unnecessary procedures or visits. He is conservative with his treatment options and is not focused on maximizing visits and his bill. Whenever I come in for my for biannual cleaning I'm greeted by the friendly receptionist, promptly taken back for a quick but thorough cleaning by the hygienist Jackie, and given a comprehensive exam by Dr. Rice. Unless you have specific issues that need to be addressed, a typical check-up will last you no more than 25 minutes. As someone who has done a fair amount of dentist hopping due to previous dentists always trying to sell me products, the efficient service of Dr. Rice has been a welcome change. One note about the Yelp check-in offer: you will ALWAYS receive a goodie bag with toothpaste, a toothbrush, and floss after every cleaning, regardless of whether or not you check-in. The receptionist was actually very confused when I showed her the offer on my phone as she had apparently never seen it before. Just know that if you'll always get a goodie bag no matter what you do.

am very saddened and disappointed to have to write this review…read more I saw the Facebook ad and checked out the reviews which were phenomenal plus they provided service to my favorite ballers was an extra plus I figured!! They accepted my insurance and even provided a link for financing for which I was approved for !! I was very impressed with the staff and facilities, this was my dream place... What could go wrong??? Hadeer was very responsive to all my questions via email which meant a lot to me... I was a bit apprehensive about the cancellation policies which varies from a $100 to possible up to $8000 or more if you had to reschedule surgery within a month., I was still willing to take that gamble..however I had a persistent cough from mild controlled COPD and after checking with my Dr, he recommended I get clearance from pulmonologist. They were understanding at first but because I would be under twilight anesthesia for 7 or more hours this posed additional concerns... For instance about the anathesiologist and who would be monitoring me while I am under and even more importantly what kind of plan do they have in place if unforseen complications were to occur. It turns out they do not have a anesthesiologist on staff, never answered the question of if a dedicated and qualified staff member would watch over me and what plan do they in case of emergency... They just ghosted me and stopped taking my calls and responding to emails afterwards., I no longer hold them in high esteem, it's all about the money and prestige but I caution whoever go there for procedures like implants to due your due diligence and ask these hardball questions and note their response.... They did not have care or compassion to tell me I am not their ideal candidate, I would be writing a 5 star review instead. PROCEED with CAUTION or you may pay with your life or health...

I was in horrible pain as soon as the numbing wore off and they have terrible hours (only open like 2 1/2 days of the week) so it took me a week to get back in to correct which she like half ass corrected. First time I was told there was a gap in my filling and that my teeth were just sensitive and then tried to sell me some super expensive sensitive teeth toothpaste. After she "fixed" it my tooth still just didn't feel right. I told her this but she insisted I was fine and it was just my "sensitive" teeth. Went to another dentist to get it checked out and they told me it was because she didn't smooth out the filling. If you can't fill a simple cavity then you shouldn't be a dentist.
