After discussing the charges, I was told "we do not charge an hourly rate for things like heat pumps, and hot water heaters--but instead a flat rate" Hot Water Heaters are $2500. The team was polite, and responsive, coming over the next day, but the bill left me in shock. Buyer beware. I will continue to tell this sad story about Motivated Mechanical Solutions.
