Before even asking anything about the house or the job he instead asked how many other people I had looking at the job. When I said that I have had 2 other people look at the house and am looking to have 1 or two more estimates before making a decision he said that he was not interested in a job if more people were going to look at it. When I asked why he indicated that if there were more people looking at the job then I was just interested in comparing all of the estimates and choosing the cheapest one....Which is exactly true...because thats how business and estimates work. So apparently if you want the job to be high quality and competitively priced Versatile Heating and Plumbing is not interested in providing the work. I cannot say anything as to the quality of their work as he has not done any work on my home. But as a professional myself I would not trust any business that discourages getting multiple opinions and estimates. I imagine if I had gone ahead with Versatile a heating system would get installed but it most likely would be overpriced for the installed product. After one single conversation Mr. Patterson and Versatile Heating and Plumbing are definitely not worth my trust. I would suggest you call around...there are plenty of other plumbing and heating businesses out there willing to provide estimates and honest work.

That was on 12/9/2025. We called several times. Calls were never returned. Someone name Ben who claimed to the owner had excuse after excuse, such as they could not find the part and on and on. When you call the number they give you, you are told to call another number only to find that number mailbox does not work. Always got a different answer but never the truth. Finally Downeast got through to Citizens and Cam came out with the part and fixed the problem. Took about a month for a flexible pipe. Very poor customer service. I called Citizen Energy and the came to my home in a very short period of time, diagnosed the problem and told me I needed a new furnace. my existing furnace was less than 5 years old and should have been under warranty. They ordered a new unit and installed it, also within a very short time period. The employees were polite courteous and completed the job in a short period of time. I paid the invoice and thought everything would be fine, Hoping they would do something proactively to help with my warranty claim since only a licensed hvac tech can initiate this. Well, that was one year ago and I never received any reimbursement. A couple weeks after the furnace was installed. I had a problem that the furnace would not turn on. Despite repeated calls and voicemails left with this as well as speaking with the owner, they never returned my calls did they ever provide . I ended up calling another company to come and determine what the cause of the issue was. It turns out that there was a blown fuse on the circuit board. To continue the story this past winter after the first really cold I discovered that the propane portion of the furnace was never working. It was never as a result I was only using the heat pump and my bill high. Once again, I called energy several times and left the situation. I never received a return call and I ultimately never received any . As a result, I had to call another HVAC company to come in to determine what the problem was. They discovered that it was a simple switch that was not set correctly. However, I was charged $600 for this discovery. Had citizen energy done their job correctly. None of happened. In summary, I would tell any customers who energy buyer beware. At first, it may seem like they are very efficient and are very interested in serving you well as a . But, in my personal experience, I found that once they got , there was no service after the initial sale they would not even return my phone calls.

I researched for several months about having heat pumps installed in my house. I searched the…read moreinternet, and prior businesses I had used in the past. I just happened to see Mr. Cressey's trailer parked somewhere, and got the number from that. His estimate was quick (within 7 days of initial contact), which is not always the case, and was in line with the other quotes I had gotten. I had already pretty much decided I wanted to go with Mitsubishi because of my research, and the recommendations of others. The reasons I went with Cressy were: a) he is a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, I'll talk more about that later on. b) He is a Master Electrician, so I was reasonably sure that the installation would be professional, and c) I just felt his honesty right away. Being a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor means several things. a) he gets put at the head of the line for supplies. b) he does all the registration of warranty and everything himself, which saves me the trouble. c) he gets an extra 2-years on the factory warranty. He installed everything himself, with one helper, he cleaned everything up to where it was before he came into the house, and he finished the installation within the timeframe promised. All in all, very happy with him, and I would recommend him eagerly.

When I called the company they said they were not plumbers but drain specialists, instead of them saying their sorry and thanks for not suing us, because they could've made a void or further broke my furnace more (the water actually made it to the furnace). The water damage wasn't known until the furnace was pulled up as my house is on slab foundation. I paid the bill as I didn't want a ding on my credit report. Well drain specialists, rethink your title, because it was my sewage pipe under my house. This review is 100% accurate, I have pics, text and voice messages to back up my review.
