They did the job, but they knocked over about 5 feet of stone wall and just left it there. My plumbing backed up a few months later; I called them and they said they "may have" crushed the pipe from the house to the septic tank by driving their equipment on it. They didn't seem surprised at all, like they knew they had crushed it and were hoping I wouldn't call them back. At least they fixed it for free a week later. I will do septic work myself with a teaspoon before I call these hacks again.

Roots had invaded the pipe going from my house to the septic tank. A crew showed up less than a…read moreweek after I called. They dug up and replaced the pipe and increased the pitch for better flow. They got rid of the roots and installed a manhole to the tank, so I'd never have to dig it up again. They pumped out the tank while they were at it. The crew worked within inches of the backyard birdbath, garden and bird feeders without disturbing so much as a single flower. When they were finished, they raked out the excavator tracks, leveled and seeded the lawn. The cost was on the low side of a very fair estimate. I surmise that they are just plain good at what they do, and hence are more efficient than the competition. They were polite, courteous and caring. None better.

Not reliable or trustworthy…read more I had a 10 o'clock appointment on February 25th to get a leaky sink sprayer replaced, see about installing a new dishwasher , and repositioning a water heater. They didn't even have the professional courtesy to call and let me know they were running late. At 10:45 AM they still hadn't showed up so I called the office. The receptionist offered no apology, just said they were running late. (Duh!!) I replied, so why didn't someone call?? She simply responded, 'I'll get back to you and hung up.' The plumber finally arrived at 11:45 AM with a journeyman, and offered no apology. In fact, he was not a very pleasant or communicative person, although with each thing he looked at, he informed me there was a problem. To make a long story short, what I assumed might be $200, was almost $500. Unfortunately, I was told upfront, their policy was not to give estimates so I took my chances. I had used them in the past, as had neighbors in my condo development and been happy. THIS IS A VERY DIFFERENT COMPANY NOW and not for the better! In hindsight, I believe the 'no estimates' is their sneaky, dishonest way to inflate prices. They seemed to have no problem cashing my check within 24 hours , yet they've refused to respond to phone calls and VM to get back to me with a price breakdown. I also asked him about a "hammering" issue with my washing machine when the water shuts off. He suggested rubber hoses instead of metal. Both suggestions turned out to be spot on and he wouldn't accept a dime in payment. This man is old school and is a breath of fresh air in today's world. I kind of hope I need a big plumbing job in the future so I can repay him for his generous advice!

I was called by the manager today, June 1, 2026. They will refund their inspection fee if I modify my review. They also referred me to another plumbing company. They are too busy to send a technician. They said the technician called but he wasn't able to reach my number. However, the manager had no trouble calling me? I was a Director of Operations before I retired. This is what is known as Damage Control! To the Manager: If Josh called me, even at a wrong number, the call would appear in his telephone call log, date and time. If there is no record of the call, he may be a dishonest employee. I don't relish your and HR's job concerning Josh.
