Whitney in the office laid her hands on the historical project immediately, was very fast to remember the project, was very quick to understand what this project was, and sent James to the field. James showed up late in the afternoon and was so quick that I didn't recognize who he was. I actually started to chase him away. I am so glad that I didn't. He was very good at communicating what he was going to do and how he was going to approach it. We offered to move some equipment but James already had a plan in motion. James did a fantastic job and was detailed in every aspect. He worked hard and double checked his work. What an enjoyable young man to have contributing to the project! Overall, this company has a team approach and gets fast results for their customers at an affordable cost point. It has been a pleasure working with them and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Lady told me someone would call me back later that afternoon or the next morning. I just called them back today, 7/23/20 (Thursday). Told the same lady I had talked to on Monday that I had not received the call she promised. She put me on hold. When she came back she never "apologized", she just told me a price that was triple other estimates I had received. I told her their estimate was triple and that they did not even have the decency to call when they promised or apology. If this is how they treat customers they will never get business from me or anyone I know. That's the problem with so many businesses, people. They want a paycheck by they don't want to do their job. Check around before you give them your business. I glad I did.

Completed the job, yet not done…read moreaccording to regulation, in turn we had to return the configuration of the land to the original plat, in order to move on with the rest of our plan. If they would have done a full research on what needed to be done to meet our request and do it correctly, we would not be in the position we are in today. This survey was paid for in 2012, to date we are still working to get it done correctly. Be careful using this company as they will do a good job, just may not be done to regulation, or researched to have if done accordingly. They are supposed to be the professionals, they should know what needs to be done before initiating work, at least look at the current land layout and ensure the customer knows and gets exactly what they are asking for and are made aware of the anomaly in surveying and plat recordings.
