They say lifetime, transferable warranty, but then don't honor it. Buyer beware for sure.

I called Boley Smart Foundation repair to work on a property I bought that had some serious issues. There was quite a bit of settling and cracks throughout the property. I asked for their help and they were able to quickly give me a quote that was exactly what I needed. I was impressed how they were able to quickly schedule the work in spite of the Texas snowstorms and the work was done so well that no cracks were formed in the existing plumbing. (You should have seen how much the foundation had to be moved). I totally recommend Boley's for fixing foundation issues in central Texas. I will be back when I need foundation work again! 0 stars would be too much for this company. My wife and I got quotes from different companies but chose this one because the person who came out for the quote was so personable and seemed fair. Big mistake, we should have acted on the review from the bbb.org page. Same situation, these people do not give you the warranty unless the hydrostatic test is performed. Then they give every reason why the plumber cannot come out. On the same day that we called to get an update, I was told the engineer had just left my property to review the work - privacy fence is locked, we have 3 pit bulls in the back yard and video cameras all around the house. No one came by all all - not one single person. I don't even know if the plumber did the "hydrostatic test" so I contracted our own plumber. Test passed so we took some shovels and filled the back holes ourselves. Warranty still has not been given......like the others in the bbb review - save yourself the headache and hassle. I am really disappointed in this company. So far, they have stood me up three times leaving me sitting and waiting without so much as a call. I had to call them. First time they said they had to finish another job and the office was not aware. They even called to confirm the night before they would be here at 8 on 7/6/18! You guessed it! No call no show. Said they didn't have the number to the new crew!!! I asked for a discount if they wanted my business of which I got a 25% discount and they were here in an hour. They wanted to leave at 4:30 and come back today 7/7/18 at 8 to finish!!! You guessed it! No call no show again. I call, he says he'll be here at 11! I call 11:15 it rings twice and goes straight to voicemail! In a nut shell, I would not refer ever or hire this company again! read more

Setting up the appointment was a breeze and the person who was scheduling my appointment was very helpful and courteous. Mr. Boley called about an hour before to let me know he was on his way and told me about what time he was going to be arriving at my house. He arrived at the time he said he was. He was very polite and friendly. I expressed my concerns regarding the things that I have seen on the house and he addressed my concerns and observed the areas that I showed him. He explained why the cracks or spaces that I have seen on the house happens and told me my house's foundation is perfectly fine. He also informed me about what to look for if there was any problems relating to the foundation of the house. With that, he put my mind at ease. I would absolutely recommend Boley's Smart Foundation if you are experiencing any type of issues or concerns with your home's foundation. The consultation didn't cost me anything, even though Mr. Boley had to come out all the way from Temple to Copperas Cove. The entire process with Boleys has been as fantastic as foundation repair gets. The owner personally handles the quotes. He is very knowledgeable and fair in his process. I personally did not understand how foundation leveling works, and every member of the staff is incredible knowledgeable, and patient with customers. The communication they provide is top notch. There is generally a 2-6 week wait once you have accepted your bid, but Lee communicates where they are with existing projects so you continually feel kept in the loop about the timeline!. I would use, and recommend NO one else! *Keep in mind* They are a rough contractor who will be digging huge man holes all around your house. I had 26! If your yard is in pristine condition IE flower bushes and shrubs get with them before so you can get your plants transplanted. read more

Was buying a home that we were told might have severe foundation issues (its an old 1940s pier and beam foundation). We were told by a pest inspector that the entire house was about to fall apart and was built incorrectly. My realtor called around trying to get many people out to look at it, but most in the area had either no time in their schedule or did not do work with pier and beam. Boley's was the exception, and they sent technician Mike out to look at it and give me an estimate for the work. Mike answered all of my questions fully and went above and beyond to explain things how I would understand them. He actually told me I had no major issues, and explained how this particular foundation works and issues I may have down the road. Outstanding service. Clean and prompt with good communication during and after the repair. Would definatly recommend.

The process started off well, but it didn't last long. I was told the job would take 5 days. It ended up being 8 days, which spanned over 3 weeks. I was told they would tape off the upstairs with plastic to minimize the amount of dust and dirt, but that was not done. Cut marks were left in the floor of my garage. Trash and debris were left on my property by the crew, who incidentally didn't put in a full days work and left everyday around 1pm. 10 weeks after the job was complete I had to contact the company regarding the warranty and they had "misplaced" the plumbing report. Lack of respect for my house and property and unprofessionalism were consistently demonstrated by this company and its workers. I would not recommend Boley's to anyone!!! read more

This company does not stand by their work! It turns out they did not back fill the areas where they added beams and now I have stress cracks over about 85% of my home. My house is tearing apart. They don't want to stand by their work and the warranty is no good because they make up reasons not to complete the work to include bad mouth the customer when you complain about the shotty work. I don't normally do this nor do I recommend businesses often. Here recently we were starting to get concerned about our foundation. Our house is pier and beam so it's prone to shifting and I had noticed a couple of " cracks ". Being the psycho that I am, I called EVERY reputable foundation company for a bid. Most came to my home the very next day.... except Boley's Smart Foundation Repair ... they were weeks out . After much confusion with all of the bids ( some said I needed major work, others said I needed minor work and one in particular didn't even go under the house and still spit out a 6k dollar estimate and could guarantee nothing) Shelley Boley's company, Boley Smart Foundation Repair, came to see my home. Well today I got a call from their office and was told I don't have ANYTHING that needs to be addressed right now and that they don't recommend I do anything because what I am experiencing is NORMAL. Boley's did an amazing job and my husband and I couldn't be happier. We chose them due to the reviews and time frame to do the estimate. We were not disappointed. Everyone that we worked with from Mike (the owner), Lee (scheduler/ customer service), to Manuel's crew that did the leveling were professional helpful and timely. We were in process to buy a house and wanted to have the foundation looked at due to an Inspectors report. Mike came out the day before he went on vacation for Christmas to give us a free estimate. Lee was so helpful in all my questions (despite my unease of not being able to meet anyone) and living out-of-state at the time of purchase. He was very prompt and called with updates and tentative scheduling. The crew was clean, kind, professional and cleaned up after all the work was done. Mike Boley's Smart Foundation Repair company had been recommended to me by a home inspector I greatly respect - Todd Arnold. Mr. Boley came on time, looked over the foundation and the house, and at the hairline crack that had appeared. We are on expansive clay. He stated that stress fractures would appear, but as long as doors were opening and closing fine, and no cracks showed in the sheet rock, it was just a stress fracture, which is not unexpected; and needs no action at this time. He took the time to give me specific recommendations as to drainage, installation of emitter drip lines, and how keeping the overall landscape watered would be sufficient to protect the integrity of the foundation. I appreciated his time and inspection of my home and would recommend him to you based on his expertise developed over many years of experience with foundations built on the expansive clay soil in this part of Texas. read more
