We could not proceed because they did not provide the second payment link that was required to continue. when I left a poor review, they apologized and then offered a refund if I would delete my review. They claim I went months without communication, however it was them who refused to respond to me. They failed to respond to my calls and email from months ago. I never refused to pay. I could not because they would not even communicate with me or simply respond to my email with a payment link. By the time they got back to me, I had found someone else to help me. I told them that I would notify the state bar association and file a chargeback for the consultation. Then they agreed to send me a refund anyway because they knew they were wrong. They told me about the payment, I agreed to it, then they cut me off and never sent the payment link or return my calls when I tried to inquire about it.​ The state bar will be notified of how they mistreated me and then stated that I "refused" to pay. They will also be sent the emails where you demanded that I delete my review in order to recieve a refund, and also shows how they did not respond until months later.
