We hired RC Surveying to survey 2 pieces of property in equal size. Completed the job, yet not done…read moreaccording to regulation, in turn we had to return the configuration of the land to the original plat, in order to move on with the rest of our plan. If they would have done a full research on what needed to be done to meet our request and do it correctly, we would not be in the position we are in today. This survey was paid for in 2012, to date we are still working to get it done correctly. Be careful using this company as they will do a good job, just may not be done to regulation, or researched to have if done accordingly. They are supposed to be the professionals, they should know what needs to be done before initiating work, at least look at the current land layout and ensure the customer knows and gets exactly what they are asking for and are made aware of the anomaly in surveying and plat recordings.
