The owner, Jeff Bowling, is the very best regarding the sign biz. He provided me state of the art…read moreoptions and presented infinite design capabilities. The person who actually designs the sign is one of the very best in the biz, and can put little nuances to make the signs even better. We have enjoyed our signs for 6 years now and are planning on gaining new and updated signs from Jeff and his wonderful band of merry sign makers! His pricese are competitive and Jeff will compromise when capable, I say capable because his prices are already some of the lowest concerning the quality he delivers! The whole overall experience of signage is complete, right here at Texas Signs and Designs-go to Jeff, he's the very best, and will not let you down!!!

Save yourself the headache!…read more As a local business owner of multiple locations, I have used this company in the past and every time I have been disappointed. It has been a few years since the last time that I used them, other then the most recent time, and I could never remember why I hadn't used them more. Now I now why! I employed them to erect a sign at one of my new locations and upon waiting several week of waiting, I finally had an estimate on the work. I should have learned at that point when it took that long just to get an estimate. Not very receptive to future business I would say. But, I proceeded to go with them anyways. I was told that I would need to pay half of the total cost up front and I was guaranteed by the owner of the business that I would have a sign in 4 weeks. Excellent, I said and I look forward to it as this is a huge investment in the marketing of my business. Week one went by and they lead me to believe we were on schedule and that I would have a sign in no time. Boy was I wrong. I had called them multiple times about a status or if they need anything from me. The lady up front told me that she would pass along the message to the owner and I would hear back from him. Well, a week later there was no returned call. I believed that we were still on schedule even though I was getting a little uneasy about the deadline. I called them again to ask the very same questions. "How are we coming along" and "Is there anything I need to do?" I was then AGAIN that they would pass along the message to the owner and he would return my call. Yep, you guessed it, NO CALL! Week three was getting to become a little stressful. By this time I was getting concerned that the deadline was getting really close. However, I was told after having to call them again, that I need to contact my electric company to have them drop a box for the power to the sign once they installed it. I was frustrated because I felt like this was something they should have told me two weeks prior, but whatever. I had the electric company all set up to drop the box for power before the sign was set to be installed, as instructed to do so by the sign company. After another week of waiting and concern building, I called them with an update and was told that they were waiting on the permits from the city and that it could take up to a week and that I should call the city to check on the permits. I'm sorry, I guess I was confused that paying a substantial amount of money for someone to perform something for me was all I had to do. I guess I was wrong again! At this time I had to call and cancel with my electric company because I didn't want to pay a re-drop fee for the electric box because there was no sign for it to go to. By this time, I was furious in the complete disorganization of this company and their lack of care that they are taking in their customer. At this point, if it wouldn't have taken another month and a half to get another sign company to do the work, I would have. The deadline was here and I have NO sign! Not only was there no sign, but not even a hole dug for the sign or any idea when the sign would be done. I called the company again to ask for an update and the said that they are still waiting on the city to tell them if there was water lines under where they would be putting the pole. Guess what, another week of waiting. Six weeks after they told me it would take four, and after constant frustration on my part, they finally put the sign in. I asked them about the electricity to the sign and then they informed me that I would have to pay extra for that and it could take an additional two weeks for it. I again was under the impression that my sign was coming with electricity. For the hundredth time when expecting something from this company, I was let down AGAIN! I will never use this company ever again! Nor will I ever refer anyone to go to this company. They not only took advantage of me but just didn't care about the customer they were working for. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. No matter the cost.
