I followed the GPS to my destinations which was weird. It brought me in the back way. Or what I assume is the backway. I mean I was on Sheetz Ln. To say it was weird is an understatement. I literally went through farmland to get here. Once here I went inside and browsed the shelves. I checked for easy items to grab as snacks and drinks for my room. Thought about getting an MTO, but decided that that should wait until after I was checked in and settled at the hotel. Items were well stocked and I made it through the line fairly quickly. I also made my way outside to load up my vehicle with my items. Before leaving, I ended up stretching my legs here too. This location, being so close to farmland, was surprisingly busy. Although, I have found that in this part of Pennsylvania, businesses are cropping up along busy stretches of road. That pun was intended there. Because these businesses now sit right at the edge of the farm, once where crops where grown.

First of all, when the pumps are processing your debit/credit card, they are the slowest in the world at authorizing the transaction. Second, on multiple occasions, I have attempted to use my debit card at the pump, only to have it come up saying "see attendant". When I do, it turns out their whole credit card/debit card system is down, and they can only accept cash. The only alternative then is to use the ATM which has a $2 or $3 fee on it, or to go across the street to the Turkey Hill (which was my permanent solution). The only potentially redeeming factor about this place is that the gas is usually anywhere from 1 to 5 cents cheaper than the Turkey Hill across the street. Is this a good enough reason to stop here? Not for me.

I've heard them use profanity, and I've been checked out with a team member was on FaceTime with their children at home. Not to mention, you never know where the team member is going to check you out because they're all standing around the different spots of the store or congregating in one area so you end up standing in what you think is a line at one register but meanwhile the team member is operating the opposite register and never invites you over to check out. The only thing that I would love to get out of this is management recognizing and holding these employees accountable. I go there in the morning to get in and out so I expect the service I deserve. I lowered my passenger side window (where my elderly aunt was sitting)-& the wild haired woman was screaming & carrying on that we were not parked in a parking spot: I began to explain about my elderly aunt-& all I got out was "ma'am ma'am ma'am " before she screamed "I don't want to hear anything you have to say-just move!!". My elderly aunt became extremely upset & got teary-so I just drove away. This is disgraceful & inexcusable behavior-& I hope that Giant takes action against this employee -there was no excuse for this despicable behavior.
