The place is generally very clean, but the managers are extremely rude. The cashiers and employees are polite, but I don't know what it is about the supervisors, they are rude and Lord help you if you have an issue with your order! Orders are usually missing utensils, napkins, straws and extras such as dressings and dips. There is no point in ordering double meats or extra of any ingredients because you probably won't get it. I was having such an awful day and thought maybe a nice made-to-order breakfast sandwich would help lighten my mood. I was not ready to be awestruck by the amazing hospitality and catering of Rain and Landyn who were working the food lines. Bad. Just horrible....as far as the MTO goes. I ordered Buffalo Chicken Strips. They were supposed to be tossed in Buffalo sauce...because truly, how else would you make them? Wellllll Sheetz has a different method. Squirt buffalo sauce in the bottom of the container and then lay the chicken strips on top. Oh! You also need to serve them when they are cold. I was working down the road at the power plant and Sheetz was naturally on my way to and from work every day. I stopped in here for breakfast 4 days in a row and lunch 3. Tons of food and drink options but personally my favorite was the egg quesadilla for breakfast and veg quesadilla for lunch. It tends to get quite busy during lunch hours with the parking lot being difficult to maneuver at times. For as busy as it gets I feel food comes out quickly. Great, friendly staff. This is one of the better Sheetz stores in the area. Always clean, fast service. If you aren't familiar with Sheetz - its the best convenience store around. Almost always has clean bathrooms, wide selection and OK prices for a convenience store. Fresh - Made to order food, but their food isn't as good as Wawa's. read more

This is about the 5th or 6th time I have ordered tossed buffalo chicken strips and not one time we're they "tossed". They are dry as all hell. I even asked the cashier tonight to ask the crew members to make sure it's tossed because the last few times they weren't and guess what, once again they weren't tossed. It's out of control how lazy these workers are that they can't toss chicken fingers. Take the option off the menu if it's not actually an option. read more

The pros: clean bathrooms, clean coffee service areas, coffee is always fresh and hot, good food options and prices are easy on the budget. The cons: MTO service can be super sloooow even if they don't appear to be busy (which at this location isn't very often, they are usually crazy); their cashiers aren't the friendliest. Regardless, I stop in and will keep doing so because I need my daily caffeine fix. read more

Oh my God , I am so horrified disgusted shocked and pissed off. I just paid for a $7 car wash took three pictures to show that it didn't wash my Nissan oh, I wonder if I'll get my damn money back?!!! Horrible, forgot sauces I paid for, acted like complete ignorant people. Never will go back. Ever. Also messed up my order completely gave me Mac and cheese bites instead of fries. At least the burger wasn't messed up. read more

I love this Sheetz location! Ashley, one of the assistant managers is AWESOME! I come in everyday to get an unsweetened tea and use True Lemon every time. Some employees aren't very friendly and I know he gets annoyed when I walk up to his register but other than that, I love this place! read more
