Being a Sheetz "My Card" holder, I headed to this store for gas. I was 30 ft. away from the pump when the car just stopped. Could not restart or shift into Neutral to push to the pump island. A Sheetz employee named Jacob came out to help me. He spent at least 10 minutes trying to help me by googling the procedure to get the vehicle into the Neutral position to no avail. I finally decided to purchase a small gas can and a gallon of gas. Jacob assisted me with getting the gas into the tank. The car started and I filled it up at the pump. Spending my whole career in Customer Service, I was very impressed by the manner in which Jacob handled himself. He was very polite, patient and professional. I suppose I only give it four stars because they certainly take some advantage of that convenience with pretty high prices. That said, from a grill and greasy spoon perspective, we have always loved the pizza and the cheesesteak subs and the Italian cold cut. The food is pretty consistent year in and year out They have most of the necessities from medicines to food and drink, to gasoline. Definitely a help when family or friends come in and out of town and the big chain stores are 15 minutes away.

Looks like a bunch of tiny pieces not the spears that they are supposed to serve. Totally unacceptable. I went to the blockbuster kiosk and had a scratched disc but the blockbuster customer service took care of it with two free rentals. The gas prices are a few cents higher than the Harriburg area but they are in line wiyh Giant and rutter's in the area. I came here recently when the power was out and they had to close. The ice cream freezers were empty the next day and the blockbuster kiosk only accepted one dvd before it lost power, but they didn't charge us a late fee when I alerted them to the fact. I like the covenience and will come back, but Giabt is just as convenient and closer for me.
