Mr. Gillespie answered the phone and was kind enough to stay and listen to me describe my car's issue, and give me a couple things to think about before I replace the entire transmission. This place had my car for 3-whole days they never called me I had to call them. Car seemed to have…read morea transmission problem. But now I know it was the coil pack going in and out causing the transmission to pulse. All they would say is it needs a tune up not telling me that now the check engine light is on and car barely idles. They called me to tell me it would be over $300 to repair. I told them how much do I owe you and paid $54 for them to drive my car waste my gas and not tell me it needed a ignition coil. I drove the car home and hooked up my code reader code P0302 came up. This means misfire cylinder 2 bad coil. I bought 1-coil and 4-spark plugs for $120. So labor cost $180 in this place for 1/2 of work. Coil packs have 1-screw and a plug to unplug. Spark plugs are right up front no cover to remove a piece of cake. I would give this place a zero if I could
