A woman ordered French fries and they already had cooked and she still waited 10 minutes. My sister waited 25 minutes for her iced coffee affogato. That's just scoops of vanilla ice cream with coffee poured on top. That should take five minutes at the most to make. It may have just been the employees that were there at that time, but the service that I, the customers before me, and the customers after me recieved, was pitiful. To give it the benefit of the doubt, the service I received when I came here a few years ago was good, but the service this time was terrible.

I was particularly grateful for it because my free sundae allowed me to treat a friend to a quart of their favorite ice cream. It's chocolate marshmallow and it was heavenly! The staff here are so friendly! I've never had any issues ordering and I've been here more than a handful of times. The place is really cute. I love the large outdoor deck with oversized games. Too cold, or not for you... there are regular sized games all throughout inside. I just think that's the coolest thing. It turns out this wasn't the week for that flavor either!! Seems like something that could be fixed fairly easily. The store is very small, so that probably has something to do with it. The bank shot court should just be torn down. About a third of the rims are missing and some of the backboards are rotting. The ice cream is still amazing of course.
