We were staying in Wrightsville and found this place 3 mins from our place of stay. It hit the spot, as I had a coconut and marshmallow latte and it was super good hit the spot. Everything here was good. It was so good that our kids went here back to back days. This is a good spot if you're in the area.

What an awesome spot! My friends and I were looking for a spot to have coffee/tea on a Saturday afternoon of antiquing in Columbia. This place is adorable, with indoor and outdoor (covered) seating, a lovely view of the river and bridge, and a friendly, charming staff. The counter was immaculately clean and everyone I observed was using excellent food sanitation. I had a chai latte and a cup of butter pecan ice cream. Friend #1 had a London Fog and ice cream in a pretzel cone. Friend #2 had a coffee and mint chip ice cream in a waffle cone. The ice cream was delicious and generously served. The beverages delicious. I didn't know what a Longon Fog was, but I do now and know I like it! I will certainly return, with my friends, and husband. Maybe my kids. :)

No no nooooo. Jackie, tell us how you really feel. It's a shame though, because this place has an amazing vibe. It's in a great location, for those wanting to peddle around the beautiful Susquehanna River, in Columbia PA. Coffee and Cream, has it all going on - well, almost. It's an ice cream parlor, a coffee shop, a bakery; they have quiches, sandwiches - choices abound and everything looks so good. I opted for a slice of spinach quiche, served with a hashbrown and Lancaster's famed, Long Johns donut. My hashbrown was of the frozen variety, barely microwaved - a bit on the wobbly side and the quiche slice, put together with sloppy hands, a mass of not quite settled/cooked cheese/spinach concoction, a little watery, served lukewarm. It's as if the person making the quiches was thinking, "I'm just Sooo tired of making quiches all day!" My long johns donut, was stale. On a positive note, props to the person making the fruit salad - fresh, hand-cut chunks. It's as if the person making this salad, was saying: "Yes; I love fruit!"

This place definitely steals my heart. If I happen to be in the area, Columbia, PA, I will come back. I ordered a cup of chai latte and it was the best chai latte so far I've ever had. The portion of the milk and chai are well balanced. I had one peanut butter long John - shame on me, it was so good that I ordered two more to go. The location is very easy to find because it's right across the Columbia waterfront. It's a very scenic area! The coffee shop has two restrooms and they're very clean & spacious!

Everything was delicious with quick service! Had an assortment of baked goods, quiche and the loaded hash browns. Kids watched the trains go by.

Great coffee and ice cream. I plan on stopping here next time I ride my bike on the rail trail nearby.

Dirty eggs. Is this a prank?

The baked goods from a local baker are phenomenal and my chai latte was delicious and a really nice size.

This little corner cafe is magic…read more We went on a quiet Friday Morning and we're greeted promptly by the kind barista/waitress behind the counter. The ambiance of the cafe is perfect, large windows allow light to pour into the bright space, exposed brick and the high ceilings give it a turn of the century industrial feel, and the inviting seating area by the front windows makes you want to curl up with a cup of coffee and just watch the world go by. We ordered two hot drinks and three entrees. The drinks were a Red Eye coffee with a splash of cream and a Dirty Chai, as well as some of the hard stuff, aka milk for the baby. Now the food, I literally could have eaten four helpings of everything. I'm still kicking myself for not ordering something to go. My husband ordered the Cajun Omelet with breakfast potatoes, if you order nothing else, get the breakfast potatoes, as they are as near to crispy potato perfection as you can get. The youngest member of the party had a Belgian Waffle, and I had a Fried Green Tomato sandwich on a homemade biscuit. I literally licked my fingers because I did not want to waste a crumb. The ONLY disappointing thing about the cafe is that we did not stumble onto it sooner. I look forward to making this eatery a frequent go to for morning, midday or evening bites. PS - if nothing else, the pay it forward board will give you all the feels when you stop in.
