Chocolate Peanut butter bliss, peanut butter cup in a waffle cone. Three French Hens ice cream (tastes like cream puffs)

Best Ice Cream in Lancaster County! Best Bang for your buck. Modern inside amd out. Playground for the kids! Great employees, very friendly.

    This place is AMAZING!

I have been to hundreds of creameries and Fox Meadows is one of, IF NOT THE BEST, that I've ever experienced. First of all, the building is immaculate, contemporary, humongous, has two floors of seating, outdoor seating, a huge parking lot, and even a children's playground. Aside from also having a gift shop, they graphically explain how their ice cream is locally created and maintained. The staff members were very friendly, helpful, and gladly provided multiple requests to taste flavors. As I made my way through the long, but fast moving order line....I noticed a staff member making soft pretzels. As I saw the pretzels basking in their warmer, I had to order one. Boy, it was such a great decision! Each bite was buttery, soft, and thoroughly enjoyed. Now, onto the main event. I ordered the coffee and cookies and cream ice cream. I cannot totally describe just how good this was. Each spoonful was so creamy, smooth, and the portion was generous. There was no after taste and I could have had three more. Please, make it a priority to visit this highly recommended creamery and enjoy every aspect of this business.

Front: lemonade raspberry sorbet (dairy free), blueblerry cobbler scoop underneath.

The staff was super friendly. The shop is cute. Love the selection of ice cream and desserts- cookies at counter too. They also sell lemon curd for cheaper than kettle village. There is also some jams and spreads, jewelry, hair accessories. The lines fills up quickly but the staff is attentative and will let you sample flavors. We got an orange creamsicle milkshake and a cup with two scoops: blueberry cobbler and raspberry lemon sorbet. Blueberry cobbler had pieces of actual blueberry cobbler mixed in! The raspberry lemon sorbet was not overly tart and reminded me of a sour patch lemonade flavored candy in ice cream form. Yum! The milkshake had 4 scoops of ice cream mixed with milk and topped with whip cream. The desserts were so flavorful, fresh and not too sweet. I loved it so much we bought two half gallons to go! They have a few vegan options if you can't have dairy. Seating was plenty both inside and outside. There is an upper level with additional seating and a second level outside deck if you want to be outdoors. I wish they had more locations in neighboring states. The ice cream half gallon tubs survived our 3 hour car ride home. And if you didn't come prepared they do sell cooler bags and Tshirts! I am looking forward to stopping by again!

    Always something new

Always an amazing time and great experience. Had my favorite, butter brickle roasted milkshake. It was gone before I got to the highway. Also was able great some horseradish, eggs, and raw honey (local). The service is always top tier and the atmosphere feels like home.

My absolute favorite place to go. They get busy, but the line goes quickly. The staff is always friendly, it's always clean, and the ice cream is the best. They always have special flavors for each season; although the almond butter brickle is always a go-to. The prices are fair. They also sell ice cream in containers you can take home, as well as items from local sellers, such as candles, coffee cups, and snacks. I have yet to try their lunch menu, but it all looks delicious! A definite must to visit!

A must stop when visiting Lancaster. Tons of ice cream options, a huge menu with options for food and drinks in addition to ice cream, and they have good vegan and gluten free options. From what I could tell everything is locally sourced and made in house. It always smells so sweet when you walk inside, and they make the waffle cones in front of you! Everyone is super friendly, they keep the line moving, and you don't feel weirdly shamed for wanting to try multiple flavors before picking one. This location is newer, and there's so many places to sit, it's super clean, and tons of parking. Dog friendly too with all the outside seating.

What an exciting experience I stopped in for ice cream and I ordered two scoop chocolate , the ice cream was very delicious. They lots and lots of seating, the facility was very clean, employees were pleasant. The homemade waffle cones a bowls smelt lovely in the air yum.

I was seated in a booth and given a menu to look at. I requested an ice water and ordered the Shrimp Parm with Spaghetti ($14.99 plus tax) with choice of one side (chose mac & cheese) and garlic toast. The food came out in 12 minutes after I ordered. The portion of food was good which was comprised of 8 breaded jumbo shrimp topped with red sauce & melted cheese with a side of soft cooked spaghetti with a sweet meat sauce. The mac & cheese (orange) was very dense and rich. The thick slices of garlic toast were soft and buttery. After I was done, the check was brought over which was $15.89 with tax and before tip. I paid at the front register. Overall, the food I had was fantastic and I was a bit torn whether to choose a pasta dish or a traditional country homestyle meal. The shrimp parm was very tasty and hot as was the mac & cheese. The service was friendly and adequate. I was glad I stopped here instead of going to a smorgasbord restaurant, which was very packed and pricey. The meal I had at Ark House Diner was pretty reasonable.

The Burnt ends appetizer was the best I have ever had. The meat was super tender and the white horseradish was so good on it we bought 12oz to take home. Honestly that could have been my dinner it was that good. The pulled pork was good it passed my husband's test since he's from NC and still looking for one like home. The spaetzle was amazing, and as good as my mother in law made. Well better. And she's German. Such a great find. It will be on our list every-time we come back to Lancaster.

The fried chicken was good and well cooked, but the batter needed seasoning. I would certainly go back to Smokehouse. I loved the warm atmosphere and friendly service. The platter was overall good. My recommendations would be to rotate/mix the pulled pork so it doesn't catch so much heat on the top layer, and pre season the chicken fry batter. Slightly salted/peppered taste would give the fried chicken a nice boost without the customer having to cover it with the shakers.

The building and dining rooms are still inviting and comfortable. The restaurant is located in a remote area on the far side of a one lane covered bridge. The menu dishes have a formal presentation. The hostesses were very apologetic however (apparently the party before us was taking an incredibly long time), and both they offered to seat us either outside or at a high-top table and gave us complimentary prosecco, so I don't fault them for this. The main entrance to the place is pretty cool, as it really highlights the rustic vibe and there was a waiting area that had a 3-person band playing classical music when we came. However, other than this room the fact that the place is a restored log cabin isn't really apparent. The food was all very average. We came here on my birthday weekend, and they had a small folded paper on the table saying "happy birthday" (that they must reuse because the inside said "happy anniversary") and their was a small baggie of chocolates. It seemed like almost everyone there was celebrating something, as I saw these on most of the tables
