Burned up My new computer and killed my battery...then overcharged me...I think they left it on…read morecharge all night.

Shitty company. Unreliable, untrustworthy, poor service all around. Why? Let me elaborate. First, I…read morehad my heater core go out and my car would not start. They bypassed and for $150+ got me back on the road until I was able to get the repair. Next, apparently, there was an estimated $450 worth of repairs needed for inspection, did that, and total ended up being closer to 480, not too bad. At this point, I was satisfied. It only goes down hill from there.. .Well, I decided to get the heater core repaired, I was given an estimate of $400, but when they put it in apparently they didn't know the blower motor was ALSO bad. Hmm don't you think that should've been checked prior to the estimate as it is a part REQUIRED for the Heater Core? ME TOO. That's complaint #1. Then I ended up having to pay an additional $100 for repairs than my estimate. Did I mention the fact that after paying to pick my car up the airbag light was now flashing? Well it was. In fact, it apparently was not something these mechanics knew how to fix either, even though, they caused it.. hmm.. Also, did I mention since picking my car up, it didn't want to start up right away? Well that's what happen. I told the mechanic about this, well, the owner, Jimmy. He instantly assumed and told me it was water in my tank and told me I had no need to worry, just to add water remover to the fuel line and I'll be good to go. And that's what I did, worked temporarily, the problem with not starting was progressively getting worse though. Jimmy did nothing about that. Well, on Sunday 1/8/17, my car decided to give out. I called Jimmy told him smoke was pouring out the back, smelled like car was burning. Told him I was experiencing problems ever since he "repaired" my car. I would like him to fix it with no additional costs incurred. He said "yea, we'll pick it up tonight and see what's wrong with it." Good, I thought, boy was I wrong. I then asked if there was any chance he'd have a car he could loan me until it's fixed. Jimmy, THE OWNER, said,"yea, I have a car needing two wheels, I'll put them on and get it out to you by tomorrow so you can get to work. DON'T WORRY I TAKE CARE OF ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS" The all caps were his exact words, btw. I was told to call around 10:30 that morning to see where he's at with that car. Well, I called around 10:45-11. He wasn't around so I left a message for him. I didn't receive any call back and it was going on 1p.m. So, I called AGAIN, and AGAIN, he wasn't around, left a message with someone there, said it was urgent, need to know what's going on immediately. Well, 1:35 rolls around and I get a call from Jimmy and "Blown head gasket" is his diagnoses and apparently he had nothing to do with how shitty my car was driving since THEY "REPAIRED" it. okay, so that said, I ask if there's anyway I could borrow that car anyways, because you know "DON'T WORRY I TAKE CARE OF ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS". Well, apparently, he found this out the night he picked it up 1/8/17 and decided he no longer wanted to "take care of all of his customers". I wouldn't have had a problem with this if he would've told me sooner than 1:35, the day that I work at 2:30, that I wouldn't have a car to take to work. Oh yeah, I could've also took the bus to work, but as of 1/9/17(that day) they switched their bus schedule from 1:45 to 1:25. Needless to say, I missed work and went out and bought a brand new car. Which, also pretty needless to say, I will NEVER take to Service Station 76. You do very poor business. After hearing all of this, 2 other customers, who were recommended by the same person I was, also have stated they will no longer will be doing business with this company. It's no wonder your shop is so shitty and "tight on money", YOU DO SHITTY BUSINESS. The key to customer service is "the customer's perception is your reality" apparently you missed the memo. Good luck staying afloat, because you're definitely not living comfortably running a company as bad as yours.
