This is probly the best turkey hill becase the employes are nice and the place is clean im glad i only live a couple blocks away

If I could give negative stars I would. Their "bag policy" is a load of crap when they pick and choose who and what bags have to follow it. Yet a diaper bag with toddler in tow in a stroller while taking a walk... is not allowed even when it contains an anti choking device which is covered by medical equipment which is covered equipment in the ADA since it is considered life saving equipment. Yet they want me to abandon my bag unattended at the door at my liability.... On the floor.... A freaking joke man I get random backpacks... ball parks consider diaper bags as medical necessities.. having parents dump sanitary supplies and medical equipment on a dirty floor ... thanks a lot turkey hill what a way to give an accommodation for needed medical/supply bags. The store manager was not wearing a mask. Several customers did not have masks on either. The nice guy in the wheel chair was.

This particular location absolutely infuriates me due to the lack of quality employees. There's been multiple occasions that I have been blatantly ignored while employees engage in one off personal conversation. I've heard them use profanity, and I've been checked out with a team member was on FaceTime with their children at home. Not to mention, you never know where the team member is going to check you out because they're all standing around the different spots of the store or congregating in one area so you end up standing in what you think is a line at one register but meanwhile the team member is operating the opposite register and never invites you over to check out. The only thing that I would love to get out of this is management recognizing and holding these employees accountable. I go there in the morning to get in and out so I expect the service I deserve. very dirty and run down turkey hill! poor selection, there's always a line/not enough cashiers and the parking lot is a hazard....too small and it's hard to get out onto chesnut because of cars that park on the street and limit the view. read more
