[678] How do you not love Wawa with about 16 gas pumps? The inside is typical which works The food is prepared correctly and quickly Gas prices are fair I'll definitely be back!

For combined gasoline fill-ups and convenience locations Wawa is one of my favorites. All of their locations I have hit have been far cleaner, far better set up and far more customer friendly than any other gasoline fill-up/convenience store locations, such as 7-Elevens. I pulled in to this particular location because my low tire pressure indicator suddenly came on and to my delight there was air pressure tire filler, a free one and one far better than those into which you have to feed quarters for air and so often even fail to deliver with the air pressure you need.

So if you live in the PA\DE\MD\NJ area, there's always that one local Wawa that's "your Wawa", right? Well this one is my wawa - I come here a few times a week for gas, cash, a stuffed pretzel, a sub, milk, and of course coffee. Anyway (you know what a wawa is...) the people are always courteous. One time I had a craving for a Jalaleno stuffed pretzel and they made on fresh for me. The older gentleman that does the coffee is a nice guy too. So - if you live nearby, stop going to the Getty Mart or Turkey Hill, and make this wawa your go-to convenience store. You can't beat the no-surcharge ATM. Plus you're supporting a company that prioritizes cleanliness and quality. Sheetz? Screw Sheetz.... just kidding, their hot dogs are better, but that's about it. P.S. (for locals) - this is the one on 30 next to the Wingate hotel and Dunkin' Donuts, not the one on the corner of 896 and 30.

Just another Wawa. It has the same great food and same atmosphere as the rest. When I was there it was very busy but they handled the rush efficiently.

Wawa French toast. I like it so much that I had to go back. I loaded it up with banana, strawberries, and blackberries this time.

Gotta have Wawa. I stopped for gas and wandered around for some kinda breakfast. I finally ordered 3 pieces of French toast and grabbed some bananas. Cut it up and made loaded banana French toast with maple syrup. YAY ME!!!

She dropped everything she was doing to open up the register closest to him, leading me to say, "I was next." She called somebody over from the photo area to ring me up. I said, "You know what, forget it." An entire year goes by and I think to myself, since she thought she was too good for that place, maybe she left. No such luck. I have nothing in my hands as she very slowly approaches me. I clearly need something from behind the registers. She refuses eye contact or a simple greeting. I wait a full 30 seconds to tell her what I need. She hautily scans them up without a word. She likes to wear acrylic nails and her brown hair pulled up in a twist. Her glasses prove she had better times, but she's still ringing people up at Rite Aid, and needs to get over herself. I'm calling corporate now to file a formal complaint b/c she put me in such a sour mood. If I go back next year, and she's still there, I'm going to absolutely pitch a fit and tell her how vile and disgusting her customer service is.

If you have a medication that needs flavored, altered, compounded, or formulation changed, chances…read moreare you will end up here. Apparently there is only two pharmacies of this kind in Lancaster and the other couldn't do my special compound. With that being said be prepared. I was sent home with a script that required I start taking it immediately to avoid further infection and possible hospitalization. It'll be ready in 2 days was their response. Only when I insisted (quite firmly) that this was very serious and needed filled immediately only than did they have it filled in a few hours. While there I could see just how busy everyone was. This place must do a hell of a business both local and afar due to their specialty but compared to my little family owned regular pharmacy they fell short. I didn't feel I got personalized attention and because they are so busy and treat so many clients they lost touch with their customers. Not knowing your customers and knowing their medical and script history can lead to mistakes is my thought process. I know first hand that my regular pharmacy knows me so well that a few times they brought things to my attention when new medications were added to my regimen that even my doctor missed. On the plus they do deliver and send scripts thru the mail. Neither was offered to me, and I'm sure that's an additional cost. They do stay open late, in fact I think the hours listed are wrong as I had a friend who worked there well after midnight. But got the impression that they will not fill scripts while you wait. So while I am grateful they're able to fill my unusual formulation, I'm also happy to stick with my regular pharmacy, Smithgall's for everything else.

I had a prescription sent to Williams Apothecary because they carried the brand of medication I…read morepreffered. It took over half an hour for the fax to come through (???) after it was, sent while I was on the phone with my doctor's office... I was told that this was normal for them and that it can take up to an hour... perhaps they're overdo for some up to date technology. After paying 5 times what I had paid for the same meds at another pharmacy the previous day I found that an easily available online discount of 90% (!) was available. As I know for a fact that the pharmacy is aware of the availability of this discount I am very disappointed they did not take the initiative to offer it to me on the spot. As a result I had to waste my time and return the next day and have it applied retroactively. To add salt to the wound a large, burly man who is apparently in charge instructed the woman behind the register to charge me a $10 "transaction fee". When I questioned it I was told that I was "taking up a pharmacist's time".... I was not aware that a pharmacist is needed to issue a refund but then I do not know how the staff there is trained or not trained as the case may be... Finally when I told them that their decision to charge me was not a good business decision considering the loss of a customer and that I would not have anything positive to say about their customer service, the same large, burly man came out from behind the counter in an almost menacing manner which almost made me feel threatened and told me he did not want my business... gotta wonder what kind of business can afford to say something like that in this day and age! Oh! I was also told that when I was in there the day before waiting 1/2 an hour for a fax to arrive that I was being "demanding" because they "were busy" and I had asked if it arrived or if it would help to call doctor's office. The two people I dealt with today can only be described as obnoxious and really should reconsider their choice of working in any customer-facing capacity. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending to my doctor not to refer any of her patients to this pharmacy! 6/11 update: without getting in to detail it turns out Williams Apothecary also tried to significantly overcharge me when I thought I had to pay full price for my medication... Never setting foot in that place again!
