    This guy hit me with the door 2 times. Pretended i wasn't even there, didn't even apologize. Crazy world we live in

    $5? It did have guac but you can pretty much get a full sub for the same amount.

    Verdict: Not sure the $5 breakfast sandwich was worth $5 I don't feel like I got anything special with the sandwich. Yes, I'm sure you can get a couple sandwiches for $5 if you pick some of the prefab items and/or a combo deal. That's probably the way to go if you're going to get something here. Still, it's interesting to see how a normal MTO breakfast sandwich can add up without too many up-sales. I started with a normal breakfast sandwich and selected the maple turkey sausage as my meat. That was the first add-on for something like 30 cents. Cheese, of course. I chose from the vegetables and sauces. Those are as much as you want. The one other priced thing I added was the guacamole. Even if that cost another dollar, the base price for the sandwich is still about $3.50. If the MTO sandwiches at Sheetz were especially good, I'd say to get this any day. While what I got wasn't bad, you can get a fair bit more elsewhere and it'll probably be better. Even at Sheetz, you can get a full sub for the same price during lunch. I'd recommend getting that over a breakfast item.

    Great new location, nice and clean. But the staff needs some additional training. I ordered a 2 pack of sliderz and got wraps... I work in a restaurant. Read the ticket. Other than that- being disappointed by the tortilla shell and not the bun- it tasted good. Just not what I wanted but I'm not about to drive back at midnight just cause they couldn't read....

    Overall I like CVS STORE because of its convenient proximity to my house. The Landisville location…read morehas a nice assortment of makeup, health products, seasonal, and a small food section. It's certainly not the largest in the area but overall fits my needs in a pinch. Being a care member I always scan my card at the kiosk for savings in addition to the boatload that always print on my receipts. This location doesn't have a high turnover of personnel, but can get busy at times, and often you need to ring the bell for the cashier. Returns are usually not a problem, even without a receipt, given that they can pull up your customer care card history. As of lately I've been forced by my insurance company to leave my small town pharmacy of over 30 years to get my prescriptions filled here exclusively. It's not a change that I'm happy about. My old pharmacist, Smithgall's knew me and my medication. They would often alert me to errors that the doctors missed. They offered delivery - even from the city to my home in Landisville - and I had an account set up with them. CVS doesn't offer that level of customer service. In fact they are so busy that it's not unusual to wait a good bit of time to ask a question or pick up your script. Getting them on the phone is even more problematic. All scripts must be paid for at the pharmacy register which doesn't offer cash back. While I think the current staff does an ok job for the volume and lack of personnel I've had some dealings with an exceptional pharmacist in the past that went above and beyond her call of duty dealing with my insurance company. I've also dealt with one so condescending and unpleasant I tried to figure out his schedule and avoid pickups when he's there. Now that I've had to deal with CVS PHARMACY exclusively for my prescription needs I see a lot of flaws with the store. Lack of personnel at the pharmacy counter as mentioned before. A parking lot that's often hogged up by the dance company next door is a huge problem, and very common in the evenings when I go. It's especially frustrating because street parking is not feasible. But the issue that annoys me the most is the phone calls, text messages, and constant *borderline* harassment by their automated pharmacy system. I literally get three calls a day. I do not have automatic refills yet get calls that I do. I get reminders that I'm due for a fill. I get calls asking if I have any medication questions. I get repeated calls after scripts are picked up reminding me to pick up. And on and on. Three calls a day is a conservative figure, as realistically it's much higher. Even more frustrating is calling to have something done about it, only for it to be changed, then revert right back, something that frustrates the staff as well. On a positive note I like that I can upload pictures at home, edit, make changes, and get ebates cash back than pick up the printed materials at the store. It saves alot of time vs dealing with their kiosks which sometimes have issues and time wasted waiting on the prints. With my insurance constantly changing I'm hoping that my alliance to CVS is short lived. Unfortunately the short falls of the PHARMACY and the constant harassment bring down my overall rating for the store.

When I spoke to the manager Mark about this he literally yelled at me. I wonder if I was a young man instead of an elderly woman would he have felt so embolden to yell. His customer service skills are sorely lacking.

I was very excited to have a beer shop so close to my house! My first visit, I was waited on by a young gentleman. He appeared to be in high school, or maybe a Freshman in college. He provided me with exceptional customer service. He even offered to help me carry my beer out to the car! 5 stars for him. I returned on several other occasions, and was assisted by a heavy set man. I believe that his name is Sean? I am not quite sure. He had a very poor attitude. I had several cases of beer, and asked him if he could help me carry the boxes to my car. He seemed very irritated, and rolled his eyes as he sighed and said "Ummm, sure." There was nobody else in the store, so it wasn't like there was a line of other customers waiting to be checked out. I was absolutely appalled. Never in my 37 years of living, have I witnessed such rudeness. I left the store feeling like I was some sort of a burden. All I asked for was some help carrying my boxes because I GAVE THEM MY BUSINESS. Every time after that, Sean had the exact same piss-poor attitude. He had a scowl on his face the entire time, and made it seem like I was such a burden for giving him my business. I give the youngest man whom I believed to be in high school or college a good review. He was nothing but a gentleman. Sean (if that is what his name is), on the other hand, needs a serious reality check. Your job is to make your customers feel welcome. I have no idea where you learned your customer service skills from, Sean, but I would brush up on them, if I were you. The high school student seems to understand how to treat customers. I would recommend asking him for some pointers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
