I tried to call numerous places in my area and even had people from Home Depot/Lowe's assess my front yard project to figure out what my budget should be... I couldn't even get any samples from the big chain stores to take home with me and I wasn't offered any when they came to my house either SMH. I hit up GOAT online via their website chat, via Yelp, via phone numerous/random times and each time helpful and responsive. I contacted GOAT one time for samples and it showed up on my doorstep the very NEXT DAY, and when I say samples I mean at least 10 x 10 inch patches of grass. Even their most expensive option is cheaper than the big chains' cheapest option. I'm so glad my cousin who works with a company that does artificial turf installations referred me! We are really happy with the turf we got from Greatest of All Turf. The quality is unbeatable for the price. We shopped around at other showrooms and no other turf supplier compared to theirs. We drove all the way to San Jose to compare prices at other showrooms and even the most expensive turfs at other places didn't measure up in the quality, thickness, weight to even the cheapest turf that GOAT was selling for dollars less per sq ft. The cheapest turf GOAT sells was similar to the $4-5 turf we saw at other showrooms. The install looks great and we hope our turf holds up over the years. I work with Ryan Nop, He was great to work with, he was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. He kept his promise all the way from start to end. He send me the samples, walk me thought the steps so my turf looks great , using the right drain rock , turf and the use special sand so I don't get odor from my dogs waist . Turf was the best quality, I got the samples from 4 different companies but goat has the best quality turf. I loved the quality and thickness of Silver 96. Ryan was very patient but not aggressive or pushy, that's why I did business with him as he didn't rush me to buy , he answered all my answer by sharing what was the difference in all turfs and what I should choose one over other. He shared what other things I will be needing, guiding me with shipping process and kept his promise. I hope his supervisor recognizes Ryan for his excellent customer service . I would highly recommend don't go cheep listen to Ryan , Pl ask for samples n pick the best quality turf it is worth spending money on Goat . I had researched a lot of the artificial turf/ fake grass options in the area and Greatest of All Turf was easily the best option. I have a small area that I needed to set up turf for my dog to do his business and I wanted to keep the cost of the project low, while also getting turf that was realistic enough for my dog. Unfortunately all of the options were a lot more expensive than I expected for realistic turf or were too flimsy and unrealistic for the cheaper options. That is, until I found Greatest of All Turf. Their prices were reasonable (I saved about a third of the cost with them) and their turf was just as good if not better than the best turf that you can get at Lowe's or Home Depot. I was looking for more affordable and better looking artificial turf and I came across with GOAT on FB, then I checked on Yelp and read some reviews. This is indeed a 5star rating company, Matthew, the owner is hands on, nice and approachable. They deliver on time, as promised. You could also pick up the turf at their Livermore office like what I did the third time to save on shipping cost since mine is less than 500sq ft. He had some suggestions like if I needed cut , do it vertically and turf should be facing the street so the grass will stand up and would look better But due to some budget constraints I had to cut horizontal as you can see the strip in the middle, but it all work, just need to brush up a little bit. Doug and Thomas were the best at explaining the differences in their putting green options. They never tried to upsell me on the more expensive one. Went there to see what they had to offer and was very impressed by the professionalism and help they provided me! The space I needed the turf for was far smaller than what they could cut (Width can be cut to size but length is either 12 or 15ft) but was able to speak with the associate who helped me and found that they had left over cuttings that worked out to fit my space perfectly!
