We are very happy with the work done by Paradise Turf! The team installed artificial grass for us, and everything was done beautifully. Under the careful guidance of the owner, the crew worked professionally and paid attention to every detail. It has been over a year now, and the turf still looks amazing -- neat, beautiful, and high quality. Thank you so much for the excellent work! Highly recommend. read more

I found Elina and Paradise Turf through online reviews. I have some experience installing turf myself in smaller projects. My two projects were much larger in scope so I was looking for a contractor to handle the work. I am lucky to have found Elina. She was extremely professional, excellent communicator and her crew were hard working. She was very collaborative in the process. I think the results were outstanding and I would highly recommend her company and team to others looking for turf installations and general landscaping. On my larger project, her team assisted me with boulder placement, plantings, drip and flagstone path installation. This was in addition to the turf install. Here are pictures from both projects. read more

Paradise Turf installed my turf and putting green in my backyard a year ago and the quality of their work is excellent as I have had not problems. They are also very reasonable with their price as well. Great customer service by the whole team and the installers were especially the best! Their attention to detail was awesome. read more

This company knowingly used a different turf than what we selected. It was only after we continually questioned them that they later admitted it, making a false excuse. Less than a year later, the turf started to come apart because it wasn't secured properly. Though still under "warranty" they said they would charge $250 per hour to fix their install. Don't take my word for it; read Elina's own words. Their quote was the highest we received, but we went with them because they seemed professional and offered a long warranty (which ended up being worthless). In the end, we seriously regret going with them. Lessons learned: 1) choose your vendors wisely, 2) if it happened to us, it could happen to you. *Update in response to Elina's reply: Rather than being honest and coming clean, Elina is doubling-down with a completely fabricated story about "temporary turf" (ask yourself if any of this makes sense?). The notion of meeting an event is also false as they missed that day by weeks and was no longer possible. Regarding payment/warranty, as you will see in the updated emails, it was agreed no further payment due to their unethical behavior, and the inconvenience of going through two installs at our home over several weeks only because they lied about the turf. (Elina -- just come clean. You won't be in business very long if you lie about your customers. Note, falsely claiming non-payment by a customer on a public forum is defamation/libel per se and you should be very careful making such claims). read more

We used Paradise Turf for our school twice. Every time they came and worked with us they were super easy to work with and went well beyond what was expected of them. Overall, they did a fabulous job. We get compliments on our turf areas and our students absolutely love it! read more

After getting estimates from landscapers, my husband and I thought we found the landscaper who will install artificial turf in our front and backyard. The following day, I don't know why I thought of calling another landscaper for estimate, that was Paradise Turf. I spoke with Elina over the phone and we scheduled a free estimate for our yard. She was very personable, easy to talk to and gave me an estimate the same day. I looked at their finished projects online and read the reviews. I was happy to know that she's the owner of the business and she herself, took time to give us an estimate instead of sending somebody else. Price only comes second when make decisions with our projects. Feeling good and confident about the company and great customer service was a deciding factor for us. Elina was very accommodating, flexible and true to her promise. We've changed our minds about the design of the yard and it was done the same day. Her crew were hard working, respectful and very accommodating. They did a great job transforming our yard to what we envisioned it to be. After the turf were installed, we had a last minute change in plan to add pavers. Again, she was quick to schedule us for pavers. We had a wonderful experience with Paradise Turf and we will definitely hire them again on our next project! Having a good relationship is very important to us, it made everything run smoothly and she made us feel like we were her only client, that's how much attention she gave us! There was a reason why we changed our minds on the selection of the landscaper on the last minute, and that was the best decision for us to go with Paradise Turf. Highly recommended, it's worth every penny of our hard earned money! By the way, they finished ahead of schedule. read more

We had a great experience working with Paradise Turf recently to install artificial grass in our backyard. Elina suggested the appropriate turf to install based our needs and constraints, provided a detailed estimate, and the project was done quickly and seamlessly. While we decided to put in artificial grass primarily for practical reasons given our new puppy (reduce likelihood of foxtails getting into her ears, lessen the dirt tracked into the house especially during rainy season), we didn't realize that the dog herself would enjoy running around on this grass so much! All in all, it's been a wonderful experience so far and I look forward to continuing to engage with Paradise Turf in the future for the (complimentary) ongoing maintenance they also provide. read more

We were intrigued by Green Paradise Artificial Grass while reading other raving reviews of their work in small spaces. We have a small space too. Then, they were referred to us by two friends who were very happy with their experiences. As an East Coast transplant to CA, I never thought I'd be a turf person, but we got it and we love it! The staff were friendly from the moment we connected. So professional. So friendly. They delivered on everything they promised. We love how our turf feels and are outside as much as possible! Highly recommend! read more

Paradise Turf - Bare feet on fresh turf. - Artificial Turf Near Me - Santa Clara, California

We were looking to replace our front and side lawns with artificial turf and called a few different companies. One guy came out and told us he's been in the business for 15 years and went over in great detail what he recommended. It sounded fair so we signed a contract. That night he called and said he made a mistake measuring and the next day he increased the price by about $5K. It didn't sound right so we canceled. We then called Paradise Turf and Elina came out the next morning. She was very professional and knew her stuff. She told us what she recommended and provided us an estimate that evening. The price was fair and she provided us with all the info we needed to have our HOA approve the project. The crew started on the start date and finished in about a week. They were great. The job is now done and we couldn't be more pleased. Not only do they warrant their work, they come out every 6 months to do a service and ensure everything will look as good then as it does now. If you're looking for artificial turf, I give this company 5 stars and recommend you contact them. You'll have no regrets! read more

We asked a handful of turf companies and Elina was one of the last ones we contacted. I was specifically looking for turf designed to not need infill, since I've often seen turf infill come up when people rub the blades. She came over with three such samples that are European imports and they were distinctively thicker and plusher than all the other turfs I've encountered. Other turf companies would say that some turf products don't need infill, but they say it just to sell the turf to you--not because the turf itself is designed to be thicker and plusher to replace the results of infill. (It is true that infill serves other purposes, but I only wanted something where the blades would remain more upright without infill.) She quoted me a reasonable price and Victor and his team came out to complete the job rather quickly. The only delays were due to the turf importing and the rain that prevented installation. They encountered some issues with taking my credit card payment, but they eventually figured it out and all is well. Definitely would recommend Elina and her team for their great product and value! read more

I'm so happy we decided to work with Paradise Turf. Elina made the whole process so smooth. When I first spoke with her on the phone, she provided some great information and recommendations on exactly the best turf for us to go with based on our current situation. She came out the very next morning to take measurements and bring samples. She was quick to provide a proposal, and within a few days we had our turf installed and we couldn't be happier. The team that came was very efficient and did an excellent job. We are super happy with everything and would definitely recommend them for your turf project! read more

Elina and Victor go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. The crew was amazing and I was so impressed that they thoroughly cleaned up everyday. They respond quickly, from getting an estimate to any work related question you may have. They also did some paver work I needed done and did an excellent job. They stand by their work and surprised and delighted that they will come out in 6 months to clean and do a follow up. Good pricing as well. I would use again and highly recommend. Jocelyn M. A while ago, we interviewed a few companies to install the turf on our front yard. After consulting Elina and Victor a couple times for answering our puzzles, we then finally decided to go with Green Paradise to install the artificial turf. Both Elina and Victor are very knowledgeable and have the technical know-how about their products. At the installation date, Victor and his team arrived on time and eventually completed the work in 2 days. We are very happy with the final product delivered. Now we have a gorgeous front lawn and safe a lot of water as well. Thanks for the great job :) :) PS: I should have written up this much earlier. Sorry for the delay. Spen L read more

Some online prominent SF area companies I found were not interested in performing a smaller (~220 sqft) high-quality artificial turf installation in a home garden with multiple stairway access challenges. However, Paradise Turf responded quickly to my inquiry. From the initial phone contact to project completion, over about five days, the customer-focused, conscientious interaction and all aspects of project execution were superb. The practical range and high quality of the artificial turf Paradise offers speak for itself. I'll attach a photo that may also speak to the reader of this heartfelt review. We learned that this is a small company - Elina and Victor are impressive in their service delivery model - it's easy to come up with examples. Elina is the Paradise showrunner who handles calls, onboards customers and stays involved through final billing. She's knowledgeable and coordinates effectively with Victor, responsible for service delivery. He started by bringing samples, answering all the questions, measuring the area and developing a quote; he made all the promises, like what you'd expect a salesperson to do. But then, Victor also turns out to be the foreman and hands-on expert on-site, working with the team to keep those promises. From excavation to clean-up, the appropriate number of people with the right skills worked eight hours without losing focus to complete the job in a single visit. We were impressed and surprised at the end to be informed that perpetual, every-six-month recurring upkeep visits are included in the contract at zero added cost. Finally, regarding price, Elina and Victor were meaningfully sensitive to our budget constraints. The result of our decisions (guided by Victor) and the work performed by Paradise Turf, a small but very smart, sincerely and strategically customer-focused company with international reach (!), was outstanding. read more

Paradise Turf - San Francisco backyard with eclectic, largely drought-tolerant landscape, complemented by Paradise Turf artificial grass (Seaside model) - Artificial Turf Near Me - Santa Clara, California

Our family had a great experience getting both our front and back lawns replaced with artificial turf. We initially got a quote over a year ago from Victor and decided at that time not to pursue it due to the high cost. After a year of living with an increasingly dying lawn, we decided to bite the bullet and go for the project. We left comfortable enough from Victor's initial estimate to go with Green Paradise rather than solicit multiple bids. We are very happy with the decision. Scheduling was very quick, and we were able to coordinate so that the bulk of the installation days fell on days that we were out of town. The installation was done quickly and professionally, and best of all are the results. We are very happy with our outside space now and get much more use out of it than we did previously. read more

Victor just finished installing pet-friendly turf in our backyard and we highly recommend working with him! Communication with Victor and Elina from the planning through installation process was always quick and clear and he even made a few suggestions for how we could improve where the turf was placed to have our backyard look and function better for our needs. He worked so hard and it was clear he paid attention to all the small details. We were stunned by how great it came out. Victor even finished a day ahead of schedule! I posted before and after pictures on social media and have already had so many friends and family members comment on how beautiful it looks and ask about turf-type and pricing. We looked at a couple other companies via Yelp when we were getting quotes and felt like Victor and Elina's local small business was the best place to move forward with. They were both so friendly and good people. We'd love to work with them again someday. read more

My Mom moved into a newly built home last month where the builders left piles of dirt along with gaps under the fence for the side yard. We were recommended to reach out to Green Paradise to install turf and we could not be happier! Victor was very friendly and prompt - coming all the way out to Brentwood for the initial quote and leaving a sample for the dogs to try (one dog thought it was his new bed). He then returned about two weeks later two days in a row to complete the job - he was able to level the turf to the concrete patio and fill in the gaps below the fence. We were glad we listened to his expertise and his passion for his work shows even when he gave tips on how to maintain the turf! read more

WE LOVE OUR GRASS. No regrets. No bugs in the yard flying on you while you lay on it and play. Looks natural and we get so many compliments from friends who come over. We got about 1200 sq foot of olive turf. Victor and Elina were very professional and accommodating. I had four bids and green paradise was in the middle of the bids. They were chosen because of delivery date promised, quality and customer service. Came in Tuesday 7/16/19 and finished 7/22/19. Removed old sod and dirt, barreled in gravel, sand, leveled it out, then grass etc... the steps are endless. Victor is the main guy I've been dealing with in regards to scheduling. You have to be patient because he takes his time so everything can be done properly and right. Which was a bonus rather than rushing the job. I will definitely follow up 3,6,9 and 12 months to keep you yelpers informed on the product and work. Victor and his crew assisted with relocating and anchoring our children's play-set as I did not want to do it myself due to possibly damaging the turf. Excellent job on that. Came out on the day promised. Don't hesitate and book a estimate with them. You and your pockets won't be sorry. Photos attached. Yelpers, if you have questions PM me, I will answer. Thanks Victor and crew!!! read more

So happy that I found Elina and Victor!! I met with a lot of different companies and decided to use Paradise b/c of the quick response, wide variety of turf to pick from, and availability. My job was ~850 square feet and Victor started and completed it in less than 4 days. What I really appreciated was the attention to detail. We use the lawn a lot especially for games and entertaining. Victor made sure to check in with me often. His crew is fantastic! Really good with the framing, area preparation, ground leveling. However, his strongest skill set is making the area look like one solid yard. He's an artist with the seams. He's done this for so long that he knows how to make the seams disappear. I can't divulge his secrets but the yard looks absolutely amazing!! (Trying to add photos but yelp doesn't like my apple HEIC files??) read more

I did not have a good experience with Green Paradise. Victor is a very nice guy but he signed up for much more than he could deliver. I hired him to do my turf but when I told him I wanted my flagstone redone, he offered to do it for me. In the middle of the job he said he underestimated the job and ended up delivering a very poor and sloppy job that he rushed through. He did make up for some of it by helping me add a granite pathway which turned out nice in the end but his flagstone work was unacceptable and I told him I would need to get it redone. He offered to reimburse me, which is very nice if I ever get reimbursed, but I have yet to receive any compensation from him. If I did not make the mistake of letting him touch my flagstone he would have 3 stars. Sorry Victor. *edit: I never threatened with a negative review. Victor promised me to reimburse me, and I've been patiently waiting for months. My dad may have interfered but the final product you left me with is unacceptable. It was just hideous to look at. As a customer, I fully paid victor at the end of his job even though I was unhappy with it because he technically finished. He said he would reimburse me because cares about his customers happiness, but has not lived up to his word. I am also sorry that this arrangement could not have ended up better. read more

Victor is very responsive and has done a great job. We are happy about how it turned out.

I have hired Victor to do 3 separate turf jobs for me. All the work that Green Paradise has done for me has been completed on time and to a very high standard. Victor came very highly recommended to me when I was shopping for a small turf job in my backyard. I was teetering between doing it myself and having the turf distributor do it. The turf company gave me a very high estimate for a 12ft x 12ft job and I was considering doing it myself when an employee gave me victors number. Victor came and gave me a very quick and reasonable price and completed the job within several days and I was Sold... Great Product, really great looking turf. I have called Green paradise two other times to do a gravel and firepit job and for turf in my front yard, and both looked amazing when completed. The last job that Victor completed was installing Turf between our sidewalk and street. Again.. very quick and reasonable quote and a very nice job. Driving around the neighborhood I see a lot of very poorly installed turf and I am always glad that I chose Green Paradise and Victor. read more
