I had a great experience working with Juan and his crew. Our paver project was not as big this time, but it was still stressful planning it. Our front sidewalk and steps were cracking so we wanted to install pavers like our backyard. We also wanted to eliminate the steps so it's a sloping ramp. Juan was responsive and came out to give me a quote the same week. The quote was reasonable (I had one other quote) and we were able to set dates to get started. On the day of the project, I had a change in design and also added a new section. We were able to agree on a new price and they accommodated my concerns. The team completed the project in 2 days as promised and helped to clean up as much as possible. I should have probably suggested having them use their own water hose as they broke mine. Juan was easy to communicate with when we were looking for contractors, he came and gave us an estimate which was middle of the range compared to 5 other quotes we got and gave us an actual start date that they stuck to. Juan, Doro and their team did a great job renovating our backyard, front yard and driveway. The project was a big one, although we had designs and Juan and team worked with us to modify the designs and provided recommendations. They were responsive, stuck to our budget and although the work took a few weeks longer than expected due to parallel projects they were working on the quality of the work was great. They also worked well in tandem with other contractors we hired (fences and gates). The project included leveling and hauling away dirt from the backyard, adding turf and pavers, porcelain outdoor tiles, standing up a pergola kit, creating retaining walls with stone facade, adding low voltage landscape lights, a planter box around the tree, demoing our driveway and widening it with pavers, installing drip lines to our existing sprinklers.
