This had happened before in another store of that chain (in Newton), and I received a replacement after showing the receipt. This time, the manager was not friendly. When I asked for a replacement or refund, she looked at me and said, "Male, why do you think I will honor your request?" When I mentioned the store's reputation, she laughed in my face. She then claimed I should have come sooner and that she would need to review hours of video footage to verify the cook's mistake -- all for a $5.94 item (after discount). Her attitude was exactly like that of the old Soviet stores: "The customer is always wrong." This is unacceptable. I feel no desire to shop at this location anymore. I prefer places that care about their reputation.
