Maybe 10 years ago Jon Rigali repaired a part of my roof where there was a problem with a leak and…read morea skylight. We removed it. It was probably over 10 years ago. Even then he could have said your whole roof needs to be redone , but he suggested a patch would do the trick. I recently discovered I had yet another problem with the roof again. It was near where he worked on it. I thought maybe I should call Jon. We have a mutual acquaintance who told me Jon was incredibly busy. Not surprising. I also have seen advertisements for Uxbridge residents on Facebook and Instagram. I figured he may have had to limit his area and that he was more than likely inundated with various roofing jobs. I thought maybe my job would be way too small for him. I had a 6-8 ft section of my roof that had gotten spongey. I have huge icicles that slam down hard on the roof as well as ice dams that I try to keep ahead of. While shoveling snow off the roof this past winter I discovered the problem. I still had his name in my contact list so I decided to give it a try and text him. I told him the problem, and that it wasn't an emergency. I also told him I had a vacation and wouldn't be home for a week. As soon as I got home I got a text from him the next day saying that he'd come and take a look at it. He did! After his assessment he said he'd get to it soon as possible. I wasn't expecting that to be 3 days later! He sent some of his crew and they put a new piece of plywood , roofing supplies, and new shingles and made it look like nothing ever happened. They were here for about 3 hours. I texted him to say thank you and to let me know what I had owed him. Let's just say what I thought I was going to have to pay , His number came WAY under what I had expected When I told my wife that we're gonna have to deal with the roof, she said are you gonna get a few estimates ? I said "no I have Jon Rigali!!! " And these days when customer services is sometimes sorely lacking it was refreshing to have such an amazing follow up , dedication, and a feeling of confidence that whatever I needed, roof repair , new roof, etc that Jon will take care of it !!! His logo says it all : honesty and integrity - top of the list hands down. Thank you Jon!

Bruin came recommended highly to me by a friend of mine. We received multiple quotes for the job and Bruin's was by far the best for a set of new double hung Harvey windows. Bill was great in coming out for the measurements and getting us the quote. It was simple to secure the job as we could make the deposit by credit card. Bruin's office stayed in touch to let us know of the timeframe for the job. Their crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and finished even faster than we assumed. They also cleaned up nicely. A great job all-around and I'd definitely recommend them for window replacements and use them again myself.

When I called to ask why no one arrived, the response I received was dismissive, as if my call were an inconvenience rather than a legitimate question. I'm actually glad they never showed. This experience told me everything I needed to know. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I found MTS through reviews. Everyone seemed very satisfied so I checked them out and I ended up signing Matt and MTS for the job and here is why: Matt came in, was quick but thorough on what needed to be done in the quote. Gave me the options and laid it out very simply. No bogus upselling of any kind [like i got with the other bigger roofing companies], just options and what you get with each. After signing with them, they came in and did the work in a day!! The whole time Matt was on top of keeping me informed what was going on [was out of town at the time]. I got back and the roof looks awesome. Again I can't stress enough what a difference working with a company that is: transparent, communicates well, and is very upfront and fair about the work and prices is. Great company and I'm very satisfied.

We found this when removing wallpaper. MTS came out and, to their credit, quickly diagnosed the problem which required new lead around chimney ($775) and 3 new pipe boots on the rear roof pipes ($825). MTS went on to say we needed a new skylight installed for $2800 - the estimate stated that they were "not responsible for interior skylight finish." The total estimate was $4,400. I have had 2 estimates since then and both companies agree with the assessment of the chimney and roof pipes - although I feel it's worth noting that MTS made this estimate from the ground versus getting up on the roof. The other companies indicated that we did not need a new skylight, but if we needed to the same exact Velux would be $1500. I'm writing this to say - do your homework. We could have paid $4,400 to MTS but are paying roughly $700 elsewhere.

We initially hired them to repair/ replace the trim on our 21 windows. They were the only company willing to repair what we had, the other quotes said they would repair but then cover everything with PVC and a knowledgeable friend told us that works only if you truly trust that nothing is rotten underneath. And we knew we had a lot of rotten pieces. Their work was precise and their knowledge produced top notch results. We then asked them to replace the garage trim. When they took off the garage trim face boards, they immediately contacted us to show us how rotten the structural posts were. Instead of just taking the easy way and covering up the problem (we would never have known about it), they asked us if we wanted them to replace the inside beams first and then put the face board trim. We could see their true carpentry workmanship. We had the same awesome experience with our deck. We initially asked them to replace the top hand rail all around our deck that we could see had rotted. They then showed and explained to us that the contractor who built our deck didn't properly anchor the supporting columns. We had never noticed this because we barely used our deck, but after seeing how it easily rocked back and forth we wanted the extra support. They did not try and upsell us, they truly cared about the end result, took pride in their work, and would have done whatever we wanted, it was always our choice without any pressure. Ray handles the paperwork and is excellent at communicating and keeping you informed. Angel is onsite overseeing the process and very friendly and easy to approach with any questions. The entire team is always conscientious, tidy, friendly and damn hard workers. Going forward this is our go-to company!!!

From my first interaction I was impressed. I submitted a request via their website and it was responded to later in the same day. I was actually expecting to get blown off as I had already tried two other "local" roofing contractors who were "not taking on any new repair customers". If I wanted a whole new roof they would have time for me. I had a new bathroom built two years ago and that contractor put 4 new pipes up through my roof. He obviously wasn't a professional roofer and did not sub this part of the job out to one. Unfortunately the mods he made were leaking. I could not afford to go cheap with this fix. I wanted a real pro and someone with a solid rep. I found one with RR. I have also been burned with contractors asking for big deposits and then either taking forever to show up of walking with my money. Jesse was straight from the start. He did not even ask for a deposit for this "small" job. He guaranteed his work for 10 years. All this was still not enough for my wife who insisted I get references and thoroughly vet RR. I looked them up on the BBB and they were rated an A+. They have been on the BBB site for over 3 years and had 0 complaints. They also have been in business for 14 years. Jesse asked that I confirm his quote and he would get me on the schedule. A few weeks later he came to do the job and he provided me with a great online view with pictures of before, during and after shots. I am very impressed with RR and Jesse. He communicated well from start to finish and did a fabulous job.
