Based on price, reviews, face to face meetings and the detailed scope of work outlined in their proposal, Storm Works was the clear choice. Sean Green, the owner, is a hands-on take charge kind of guy who is passionate about his work. His resume of finished roofing jobs, both residential and commercial, is impressive. You know from the get-go that you are in the best of hands with Sean. Jordan, Storm Work's sales rep, wowed us with his extensive knowledge and expertise in his field of roofing. He walked us through, step by step, how the process would unfold from beginning to end. He was always just a text, phone call or FaceTime away and super responsive and understanding of our needs. Storm Works made sure that every aspect of this project was thoughtfully coordinated and clearly executed. The entire operation ran like a well-oiled machine from start to finish. The incredibly hard-working crew was outstanding and took clear direction under the supervision of Paul, (PJ), who was on site throughout this operation. The crew arrived on time every day. They were polite, diligent and aside from a quick lunch break, never stopped working. The property was carefully broom swept after each workday and when the crew completed the project, they made sure the grounds were immaculate. The lines of communication were always open, which is vitally important with a project of this magnitude. Whether we reached out to Sean, Jordan or Paul with questions, we had our answers right then and there. These guys are the best and always made themselves readily available. Storm Works is clearly a company that takes immense pride in delivering a top-notch product to every client. The quality of their workmanship is superior and their attention to detail is second to none. Sean, Jordan, Paul and the entire crew of Storm Works were an absolute delight to work with and we strongly and unequivocally recommend them!

The team showed up on a Thursday morning and finished the entire roof project by Friday night. Dan Essay the project supervisor is on site for the entire two days and even showed up on a 3rd day to walk around the property to make sure there is no loose ends. He went out of his way to beg the dumpster company to come on a weekend. He is the most professional, experienced roofer, and a great genuine communicator. Everyone is super skilled, efficient, and very detail-oriented and thorough. They did a bang up job and cleaned up so thoroughly. This company is a dream! Definitely worth the money. Thanks to the O'lyn Team, Jake and Danny.

I am just reviewing based on the quote process of this company…read more I called them to get a quote based on the high google reviews. I was surprised to see that the ratings were much lower on yelp. I proceeded anyways because I was already on the phone as I was reading the reviews here. They got Mike, the owner next day to provide a quote. There was some slight mis communication with the timing but regardless he inspected my roof for about 10-15 minutes and emailed me over the quote at night. Overall the price quoted was reasonable, I did not move forward with O'lyn Roofing but I did appreciate them making the quote process easy and painless. I have gotten quotes from 2 other companies and they would make me sit through 60-90min presentation before just giving me a number. In one case I cut them off at 30min and they left without giving me a quote, instead insisted to reschedule another 30min to talk. No one have time for all that! Mike seems like a decent guy, straight to the point based on my short interactions with him and the quote process. Although I did not move forward with them for this particular project, I will keep them in mind if anything changes or if any other projects come up down the line.
