I really like the North market to find macaroons fresh bake cookies and other goodies while I walk down the bridge park Avenue where I can go to a bar or go hang out at the arcade at 16 bit and then go bowling at Pins Mechanical. I like how there's a curfew so that children aren't there later on in the evening, but it is still family friendly

Definitely fun to look around. The Bridge Park area and the bridge itself are beautiful. There is greenery, connecting parks (and one has a cool fountain feature), plenty of dining options on both sides of the river and shopping. There is a nice pavilion with a fire and seating which was perfect for us to sit around after dinner and looks like an area for entertainment as well. According to online articles I read the pedestrian bridge itself was built at $22.6 million and the bridge park area is an approximate $600 million investment. Bridge Park has 20+ buildings sitting on 30 acres with dozens of businesses and residential apartments. It's a beautiful area with all kinds of dining options and activity. Definitely worth checking out the area and walking the bridge.

One area that has been a pleasant surprise in my life this year? Moving into Sawmill Commons, a Dublin apartment complex that has stood the test of time since Earle Bruce coached the Buckeyes in the mid '80s. But you won't find outdated cabinets and small floorplans here: The Casto Communities team at Sawmill Commons has updated their complex recently and made it modern, friendly and amazing for new residents! The environment is superb, quiet and clean. Amy, Deanna, Hannah and the rest of the team are welcoming and answered all of our questions on a timely manner. Leasing was hassle-free and they explained the process well. No BS and no hidden issues. I'd recommend anyone live here, honestly. They have floor plans for all needs. It's in a residential area east of Sawmill Road in the legendary Olde Sawmill neighborhood, so you'll deal with some traffic but you're also close to major shopping and commerce. Our move-in was busy, but calm because the staff was super-helpful. Fixtures work well and the property is very clean. The complex itself has tons of units in many two-story buildings. There is also plenty of parking, trash dumpsters are well-kept and mail is safe and secure. The clubhouse is gorgeous and the water-wheel outside is a unique architectural touch on the clubhouse. In conclusion, although my Bucks may or may not play this summer, I'm truly grateful for my move-in experience. This particular complex is one of the stars of the Casto system, and it is one of my bright spots in a year full of challenges!

Their prompt and efficient problem-solving abilities along with their professionalism and kindness stood out to me. Most places have a rent increase of 5% - 10% per year. Not the case here. They had an increase of over 20% and thought they were giving us a deal! Air conditioning is a hit or miss in the summers on whether it actually works (or show up to fix it) so I'd recommend fans for every room. "Brand new" fencing that still has stopped grass from growing over the course of a year. It looks like we live in a low income area with this crap.

Everything has gone downhill at the front office ever since the new Connor Group ownership and Property Manager Joe. Beware the "annual inspection"! It's just Devon literally getting his foot in your door in able to give you a high pressure sales pitch... that is only good until 4pm that same day. Be prepared for your rent to increase in 2023 by 30% resulting in a $559 monthly increase! Utilities are all electric and are consistently over $400 during the winter months. There is literally frost on the inside of the sliding door if the temperature drops below 30 degrees. Walls are paper thin and shower creaks so loudly that you'll always know when your neighbors are showering and even the songs they like to hum. The furnace is moldy and only accommodates filters that stick out 2 inches. Maintenance installs these once per year. There is only 1 maintenance guy for multiple properties including properties in Cincinnati. We found this out when the pipe under the kitchen sink came undone and leaked all of the water from the dishwasher onto the towels and contents under the sink. John was in Cincinnati that day.

The grounds are clean and very well maintained. After every snow, plows and ice trucks came out the very next morning. The maintenance crew are polite, hardworking, and always on time. The office staff are always available for any questions or requests I may have. I never have an issue with finding a parking spot (unlike my last apartment complex, Sawmill Village) and there is ample visitor parking on both sides of the complex. I do have a tendency to hear the neighbors above me and beside me, but the quiet hours (10am-10pm) make it extremely bearable. Plus, the quality of the apartments and grounds make it completely worth it. The amenities of Dublin Square are unparalleled and I can't wait to use the pools (yes, TWO pools!) this summer. Thank you, Dublin Square! I found the perfect apartment!!

Overall, a very nasty company in my opinion. I would avoid living here if I could do it again…read more My wife and I lived here for about 3 years. We were good residents: we took care of our property, did our best to make the community look nice, and we always paid our rent on time. First, and as other reviews have noted: our electric bills were incredibly high. In winter of 2025/26 as much as $450 for our ~900 sq. foot apartment. The bill hovered around $200-250 during the summer. Dublin Square requires that you use a third party distributor Pioneer Energy Management (PEM) who adds additional management fees to your bill. It's not optional. So plan on paying $200-500 more than your rent. Second, during our last year here, our apartment frequently smelled like marijuana. The smell was spilling in from other unit(s) and started to become a problem for us. We tried to address it with management and they told us the best they could do was send out flyers to residents in our block... unless we could identify the unit itself. What the fuck are we? Private detectives? Our apartment continued to frequently smell like weed until we moved out. Finally, in June of 2026, we asked management to release us from our lease about 1.5 months early because we closed on our first house. Management flatly refused and tacked on a "penalty" in excess of one month's rent. They're still trying to collect from us. On the bright side, maintenance is always responsive and polite.
