I moved into Dublin Square at the beginning of the year and I could not be happier. MacKenna was extremely helpful and hardworking when helping me find the right floor plan. The grounds are clean and very well maintained. After every snow, plows and ice trucks came out the very next morning. The maintenance crew are polite, hardworking, and always on time. The office staff are always available for any questions or requests I may have. I never have an issue with finding a parking spot (unlike my last apartment complex, Sawmill Village) and there is ample visitor parking on both sides of the complex. I do have a tendency to hear the neighbors above me and beside me, but the quiet hours (10am-10pm) make it extremely bearable. Plus, the quality of the apartments and grounds make it completely worth it. The amenities of Dublin Square are unparalleled and I can't wait to use the pools (yes, TWO pools!) this summer. I am a current resident and very disappointed about the rodent problem in the complex. The rats are frequently seen around the dumpsters, near the stairs of the buildings, on the pool deck and in the parking lots -both living and deceased. Repeated calls (often unanswered) and emails to the office have been ignored. This is a health hazard! read more

DO NOT RENT HERE. Throughout my time here, there were minor issues but nothing crazy. broken gym equipment that wouldn't get fixed, maintenance taking weeks to respond. Annoying but not horrible. Then it came time for me to leave. Even after I had turned in my notice, I would get daily texts and emails either telling me to resign or demanding why I won't. Obvious AI nonsense but annoying regardless. After I moved out, I got a $400 bill to replace the microwave, which was working completely fine when I left. And I promise you, they are not spending anywhere close to that amount on that microwave. Since then, I have called 3 times and left messages, none of which will be returned. I drove over an hour to speak to them in person, only for the office to be closed despite it being in their office hours due to staffing issues. I contacted Birge & Held and they gave me the email of the regional manager of the area. Yet again, no response. This place is horribly run and should be avoided at all costs. read more

Detestable place... Bad impression and bad treatment. More than 30 minutes passed and the person who was in resection did not want to attend to us... I wasted time in this place! I can't imagine what it would be like to live here and ask for a service for your apartment... I don't recommend them if you're looking for a place to live. We just moved in last weekend and it was seem-less (thank GOODNESS!). The leasing office has been helpful and everyone who lives around here seems super kind and down to earth. Plus the location is great. (: We moved from another apartment complex because of the high cost there and the minimal space. This place is the exact opposite - it's wonderfully affordable (compared to my last place) and the units are HUGE. We are so looking forward to living here. Do not move into this apartment complex. They cannot clean the garbage disposal area. It's always filthy and people dump things in the road that can block the road. And they rip you off if unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to move out. They charge you a break lease requirement and a break lease fee. And on top of that all the people in the office could not verify it is very alarming that they don't know the policies. And when I moved in they never gave me a copy of the lease agreement like they said they would. Stay far away from this place they really are bad and very unethical. read more

So I'm not sure why everyone else on here is complaining about the new management company, Champion, because they are 1000% better than the old one when it was Mercer Square. My husband and I have lived here for 4 years, yes 4 years! So majority of the time was with the Mercer Square management, and they were horrible. Champion has taken this property over and shown how much they care by providing multiple improvements, including the quality of staff. They updated both workout rooms, both pool areas, keep the free coffee areas stocked and fully operating, repaved the parking lot, and much more. They actually enforce the parking permits which is awesome! We are sad that we have to leave because the management is so friendly and accommodating. I will agree with the guy that mentioned no one monitors the pool, but I'd honestly rather it be that way. If there are people that don't have passes, I report it to the leasing office and they usually act. There are cameras so, they can definitely still monitor or review footage. I can't say enough good things about the management change at this property, the only unfortunate thing is the price has gone up, but that is happening all over Columbus. It's worth it with the improvements they've made here! Usually when you resign they offer incentives, like $500 credit, etc. So don't let the price sway you too much. Seriously - I've never had friendlier staff at an apartment complex! read more

We were looking forward to living at a Champion property since we have friends who work for the company, but sadly it has been a pretty disappointing experience. We've had several hiccups throughout our lease, but this weekend, when our washing machine broke we were told it wouldn't be fixed/replaced for 3 days which goes against fair housing laws as it is considered emergency maintenance. We then requested that someone come out to remove the standing water from the washer so it didn't sit stagnant for 3 days, but Dublin Square's RSC, Nick, told us to get a shop vac and do it ourselves since he was swimming in the pool. To top it off, no one came to fix or replace the appliance the day that it was promised to us. We have enjoyed the office staff who have all been very helpful, but this situation has been the final straw to an overall poor experience. We will be looking for other apartment options come the end of our lease. read more

I have lived here for 5 years. I enjoyed living here. 6 months ago a new management company took over from Champion since then everything has gone down hill.. the grass was not cut for 2 months.. light bulps in the common areas we're not replaced and they charge extra in the electric bill for that. Trash compactor broke took forever for them to fix it. other issues to numerous to mention. Icing on the cake when my lease was renewed it went up $250 month I pay $1545 a month due 2 bed. Appliances are outdated etc. looking forward to not renewing my lease. read more

Do NOT live here! Everything was fine when it was still Mercer Square, but when they took over the prices jumped without any additional perks. They let go of all the previous employees to bring in their own people who were not helpful at all. There is little to no parking and the new prices they are charging is just not worth the space provided. Thankfully my lease was coming to an end shortly after they took over. Then they had the nerve to say I broke something and charge me for it, but it was not there when I turned everything in. NOTE: DO A WALK THROUGH OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU JUST CAUSE THEY CAN! My wife and I moved here recently and we couldn't be happier. The team here truly cares about their tenants and will make sure / go out of their way to help out. Just yesterday we adopted a Kitten and she ended up getting stuck in a tiny crevice in our kitchen - the maintenance department and the leasing team came within minutes to help get the kitten out and seal up the hole! Outside of this they have answered all of our questions prompty and have helped us out tremendously during our move in. We will definitely be recommending Dublin Square to our friends and family :) read more

I have not decided where to live yet because of LOCATION but Korri has made the experience a 10/10. Not only has she gone above and beyond what any representative has ever done during the leasing process, but shes actually shown that she cares about who she sells to and connects with people above and beyond anything I have expected. She deserves a huge raise, and I hope she is not taken for granted. She could be a millionaire in sales/relationship building and I hope she is treated that well. I hope management does not take a skilled employee for granted, and sees her worth to make sure she is compensated for her amazing customer service and overall contribution to making this such a great experience! Will tow your car if you don't post your parking pass. But ignores neighboring neighborhood to invade pool after office is closed. An they trash our grill and pool. I've been here one month & am moving at the end of the month. Neighbors above & beneath me bump & bang & carry on until wee hours of the morning (I have several audios). Police have been out so many times - they tell you to call the police & they enforce "quiet hours". They should enforce QUIET ENJOYMENT which is OHIO law!. My roommate has violated the lease so many times, & today, when I went to the leasing office begging to get out of the lease & told them about the trash being left in the apartment by my roommate & I had a photo (which there is a SPECIFIC clause in the lease that each tenant is to keep the place in clean & sanitary conditions & dispose of trash...) a Ken Mantini sent me a nasty email telling me it was my problem, & blaming me for another issue (which I had emails to prove he was wrong). They had no problem addressing another issue that my roommate violated BEFORE I asked them to enforce my lease & stop the noise issues going on late at night - & not until this person came on board. I finally had to tell him not to write me again & let an attorney handle it (if I could share his email I would). I have all the proof I need. There are frequently maggots in the trash bin IF you can even get your trash in it. Champion just ignores the issues. DON'T BELIEVE all the positive reviews. The LADIES in the office are great - but don't have a problem - YOU will be blamed, even if you are SO CALLED protected by your lease. But YOU will get a violation for minor things you didn't even know about. But THEY won't keep up their part of the bargain. STAY AWAY. read more

We are getting ready to move into Dublin Square next month, and could not be more excited. We have been looking at apartments for 6 months around the Columbus area after leaving a popular, well-known apartment complex. The moment we walked into Dublin Square, we knew we found our home. We were greeted by MacKenna. MacKenna has been the greatest help for us, and we could not thank her enough. She helped us secure the apartment we wanted, even though it was months in advance. When we were accidentally told the wrong price due to a typo, she corrected the incident right away. She even managed to get us our keys a weekend early, since it would be a big help for us. Great management isn't the only thing Dublin Square has to offer. They have two pools, as well as two gyms that we can't wait to use. We cannot wait to move in here for a month! read more

So the main reason why I have not moved in six years is because: 1) I hate packing, 2) I hate packing, and 3) I have more stuff than I realized! But I needed to move because my previous place was crazy (e.g. fighting neighbors and tissue paper then walls and floors). So when I came to Dublin Square I was in awe! Totally updated apartments, two gyms, and the huge selling point: the KITCHEN!! I am a big baker and home chef! Kali and Kendra (who are both amazing) make the move here completely easy. Dublin Square is an amazing complex and the staff is wonderful! They will work with any questions or needs you may have. I just moved to Ohio from California and they have helped me every step of the way to make sure the moving process went smooth. Everyone in the office is super kind and helpful. Plus, there's free coffee! I absolutely love my apartment as it feels very homey and safe and this complex is close to just about everything! Our family was annoyed by the noise of the dog on the upper floor.We consulted the staff.The staff listened seriously to our concerns and immediately told the residents to make improvements.Thanks to the work of the staff, we no longer suffer from dog noise.There are wonderful staff here. read more

They have switched to a new water service provider in Jan 2018 and the water bills have sky rocketed since. It's $120 for a family of 2 adults (yes just the water & sewer). Inspite of repeated complaints by few residents, they are not taking any steps to address it. Rooms are spacious and they have 2 gyms. But for the high rental and utilities, you could find a better/bigger place. read more

I was moving to the area for a new job & was instantly sold by this place. It was the first place I visited on my list, but no other apartments compared to Dublin Square. The staff was very helpful and respectful of what my requirements on a place were & never made me feel as though I was pressured into moving in.. but I must say Kendra was AMAZING. I had a short time span to move to the Columbus area and this apartment complex went above & beyond to make my move-in comfortable. Their maintenance staff even help direct me on how to park my car in their garages when I was clearly struggling. The apartments are big and well worth the money. The only downfall would be that it's hard to find parking & the walls are a little too thin. I can hear my neighbors watching TV & simply talking in the evening from my bedroom. I had viewed my "Top 5" of 10 when I was moving to the area, and DS truly gives you a lot of space for their prices. The gym is amazing, saves me money on a membership. The pool will be great for the summer! The access to I-270 is awesome for those who need to get on the highway for work. DS is surrounded by EVERYTHING. Shopping, restaurants, etc. Overall, really happy with this place so far! read more
