She was never bothered by any of our comments and made sure all of our needs were addressed with honestly and without sales being her priority. It's been only the first week but it was a great first week. Lots of reviews mention the poop police in a negative light. This was actually a selling point for us. We don't have dogs and my absolute pet peeve is stepping in poop. So I appreciate that I can take walks and not have to stare at the ground or avoid the grass. Only downside was moving furniture up to the third floor! Now that we've moved in, we will not be moving out anytime soon.

I'm sorry but I think paying $730-ish a month is pretty good for a 2 bedroom apartment that includes: -No pet fee/pet rent -Free washer/dryer -Free water -Free gym membership YES, I could hear my neighbors constantly... YES, the electric bill was high (in fact in the winter of 2013-2014 I had frost growing INSIDE my apartment). I didn't mention it to the office, I just bought insulated curtains and kept them shut most of the time. So - you choose what's important. This is a prime area, and these are old units.
