Disappointing Experience at Just Baked…read more My friends and I visited Just Baked, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the employee assisting us was not engaging at all and had an attitude in her tone when speaking with me. On top of that, nearly half of the cookies on the menu were unavailable, even though we visited relatively early. When we finally received our cookies, they were not warmed up at all. They appeared to have simply been taken off the trays and placed into a box. I politely asked if they could be warmed a little longer, but the chocolate was still hard, so they clearly were not warm enough. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was seeing the male and female employees kissing in the area where the cookies were supposedly being warmed. This came across as extremely unprofessional, especially in a food service environment. Overall, I was truly disappointed with the customer service, the quality of the experience, and the lack of professionalism. I had higher expectations and hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements.
