The only problem I encountered was that the Mofongo with Chicharron although it tasted great the, it was served in a small pilon, wooden bowl used to mash the plantains, with the chicharron on top. They poured garlic sauce over the top and it made a mess all over the bowl. Additionally the bowl was too small for you to eat it without pouring it into the plate. They should reconsider how they serve it because it was very messy to eat. The flan though was perfectly made, reminding me of Puerto Rican flan, light and airy.
