Octavio was the only one who figured out the logistics of getting a Bobcat on-site and offered a clear path forward. While we worked with a separate landscape designer, Octavio's on-the-ground expertise actually improved the final result. He suggested practical modifications to the original terrace and retaining wall plans that better suited our terrain, which saved us significant costs. Beyond the major earth-moving, he handled: - Full Front Yard Renovation: High-quality work at a very fair price. - ADU Infrastructure: Trenching and installation for electric, water, and sewer lines. - Finishing Touches: Expert irrigation, lighting, and planting. What truly sets him apart is his character. When raccoons tore up our new sod, Octavio offered to repair it under warranty, even though it wasn't his fault. Simon and his team completed essentially all of our exterior landscaping, including both the left and right property-line fences, hardscape and softscape, artificial turf, a decomposed granite patio, Delta Blue Bolero grass, irrigation, mulch, and gravel. The fences were built exactly to the required design, including the use of metal fence posts, and Simon was very attentive to getting the details right. I pay a lot of attention to detail and can be pretty particular about execution. What I really appreciated was that Simon and his crew never seemed put off by the high bar. They understood what we were trying to achieve, worked tirelessly to meet it, and still managed to move at an impressive pace. My experience with Simon is that as long as your design intent is clear and properly communicated, he will find a way to accomplish it. He also had no problem with me being very hands-on throughout the construction process, which I really appreciated. Beyond the contracted work, Simon was incredibly helpful with things that were technically outside the original scope. He was also very flexible with scheduling when I ran into material-supply delays, and always approached changes and problems with a positive, can-do attitude. Just as importantly, Simon is a genuinely enjoyable person to work with. I really enjoyed our end-of-day beers together after wrapping up the work -- a small thing, but it says a lot about the kind of working relationship we had. Simon and his crew are hardworking, capable, responsive, and great people to have around. We're extremely happy with how everything turned out, and I'd happily work with them again.

I am so glad we took a chance and chose this relatively new landscape company! After looking at 4-5…read morevendors, we were impressed with Daniel's communication, personality, and his willingness to help turn our dream backyard into a reality (cliche but true)! Daniel grew up in the bay and worked with his dad in landscaping since he was young. We admire his passion and his dream to open up his own landscape company to continue that legacy and dismantle the bad rep that contractors/landscapers have. Trust me, we've been burned by previous contractors who left the job unfinished with poor craftmanship. We expressed our concerns to Daniel and he assured us that his team of 4 will be with us from beginning to end. Also, Daniel ensured that we can reach out to him anytime and he'll get back to us. He kept his promise and delivered on that! He responds to all our texts and his crew showed up to our home early EVERYDAY for a week. Our backyard project took no more than 7 days to complete - just as promised! During the design phase, Daniel and his designer Carlos would meet with us in the evenings to go over our design requirements and wants. Along the way Daniel gave ideas/recommendations, which worked out for us. Daniel even went with us to the nursery to pick out the plants. Dream Reality pricing is well aligned with what other vendors were charging, but I think their pricing is more reasonable. Daniel even offered to install lights and other stuff for us free of charge. I saw his ambition to grow his business and build good rapport with his clients. That means a lot to us! Overall our pavers, retaining wall, lawn, rocks, and more turned out amazing. We were able to achieve a modern yet simple backyard - it looked pretty close to the inspo pics I sent to them! I highly recommend Dream Reality Landscape for all your landscaping needs!
