5/16/23--Update and rebuttal to Neil Kortie's review/response dated 5/11/2023…read more Mr. Neil Kortie: Thank you for your rebuttal nearly two years ago when I posted my initial review of your company Millennium Designs, Inc. It appears your memory of the chain of events is skewed, nothing on our part was fabricated attached to this review is a copy of those text messages from you dated 8/2021 to validate the accuracy of my initial review. There was no quote issued, no customer transparency, no continuous updates or communication unless I generated the inquiry, and there wasn't a team as you mentioned it was you alone that I dealt with and no one else. You never said, on any occasion anything about a team and being booked out to September 2021; you lead us along for 5 weeks you never communicated a staffing shortage or covid-19 as a "secret reason", now it is being used as an excuse in your rebuttal nearly 2 years later! Yes, I did purchase the fixtures only to expedite the guest bath remodel which worked out with the other contractor that completed the remodel. We never had a specific start date with your company since I could not get you/Millennium Designs, Inc. to quote the job we were flexible and open to dates if needed. In conclusion, I fired you due to your constant delays and procrastination since you could not generate a customer job quote in 5 weeks. The facts remain as mentioned in my review nearly 2 years ago (21 months). There was no fabrication of events on our part only facts and timelines. There is more fabrication and lack of transparency on your part and it is apparent you take no professional responsibility for your actions. You then blame the customer and make false accusations on their behalf when you actually made false/failed promises to deliver us a quote after 5 weeks of waiting patiently, just do your job and follow through which never happened. Don't tell me what my experience was it was duly noted in my initial review of 8/2021 and is an accurate representation of the bad experience we had with Millennium Designs, Inc. Customers beware this could happen to you. Take this review as constructive feedback and grow from it.

He was Professional, wore a mask, fun, and most of all knowledgable about his products! Brad listened mostly to what I did NOT want and then made suggestions easily and quickly which is what I like! The entire process to make a selection was painless and I TRUSTED his opinion. So many options to chose from but all within an affordable cost which made for making a final decision easy. Our installers, Bryan and Nick were tremendous as well. Professional and very organized. Installation was a breeze, no mess, and took the time to explain how the blinds work and what to look for in case of a minor issue. Most of all, They look amazing! I ordered top/down honeycomb fabric blinds for all the windows, two slider door blinds, and two shutters for my bedrooms. The overall cost was exceptionally reasonable having done some research. The decision was actually made easy from having Brad L come to the house for the quote. He is Awesome! Please consider Budget Blinds and Brad L for your next window project. You will not be disappointed and love your new decor!

They have a a wide array of choices; design, shading, etc. They were priced than I wanted to pay BUT they are worth EVERY PENNY! Chelsea was very patient with me because I wanted to be sure i was skimping and losing the class that these shades would bring to the room. It was hard to choose, but Chelsea showed me how the shade would look in different lighting, etc. She was patient and VERY PERSONABLE! TODAY, the shades were installed! BEAUTIFUL! They made the room, cozy and comfortable. Before, I think the room was too stark and TOO bright! This purchase was SPOT ON! But if Chelsea and James are ANY indication, this is a stellar company! Thank you, Budget Blinds!

Wanted it installed in my kitchen. The flooring they installed in the kitchen (see picture) is NOTHING like the Brazillian Koa sample they had in their store. I have since learned there are multiple kinds of Brazillian Koa. The sample in the store was not the Brazillian Koa that was installed in my house.
