Instructions were a little different than what was needed, but I'm pretty handy and I had a buddy over to help. Corrected a minor error on the supporting beams where the legs screw in. The threading was on the wrong side, but was able to correct that with a little drilling and moving the part to the other side. Screwed in the legs just fine. It took a bit longer than originally estimated for the bed frame to be completed and shipped, but overall well worth investing in quality materials and craftsmanship from an American business.

They're reviews were impeccable. Initially, their point of contact Tristan was amazing and sent over drawings and everything needed to lock all the details. After placing our order for a slightly customized bed frame (head piece cut to a length to fit our vintage headboard), things went a bit (to very) downhill. We were initially quoted 6-8 weeks out, but were told that the team would try to beat that. Weeks went by, I started to sparsly ask for updates close to completion. I think I checked in about 2x before the 8 week max and had to send repeat emails each time to eventually get a reply. I work in the construction industry and really DO understand long lead times, but communication is key...especially when you're dealing with an entity or company you've never dealt with before, and to the tune of $1150.00+ sent months prior. We were hopeful but assuming worst case, maybe a week or 2 past max ETA, and if past due at least some pro active communication on part of the builder. ...by week 13, never having dealt with this company before, and having in many cases to send 2 emails days apart to get updates or replies, I sent an email asking for a definitive ship date of quality product as promised and a track # to follow or we would have to consult our bank about a chargeback for services not rendered. It was at that point, I was informed they had shipped the bed a few days ago (still about 4.5 weeks late), but that the warehouse, according to Tristan, had neglected to inform us or him it was en route. Tristan sent over the track # the next day with an apology it had been missed. Shortly thereafter, we got the bed (no probs with shipping damage) but had to wait about a month to assemble it as I'd thrown my back out the month prior. After taring our room apart to prep, we got it together and promptly noticed 1 of 2 vital support posts were missing. They'd sent instructions for a 1 support bed, along with 1 post, but ours was a 2 support/2 joist system. Anyhow, naturally, at this point we were very frustrated, and realizing we still had no bed almost 4 months into this ordeal and now a room in dissarray. I emailed Tristan again, who again apologized the following Monday, and swore they'd ship a replacement immediately. The next week came and went ...an entire week....diddly showed up at our door. I again emailed Tristan that weekend...2 weekends in a row, bedroom torn apart ...awaiting a bed 4 months in the making...and was told they were moving spaces and the item had not shipped as a result, but would that Monday and I would have a tracking number. Monday came...nada, so late day, again emailed and received ...Wallah...a track #. When I went to trace, it was a newly generated track # ...not yet shipped. By Tuesday, it was moving. Friday, end of that week, we finally received the long awaited support, but, big plot twist # 248,....the needed support was totally different looking and fabbed 3/8ths longer than the needed should be "matching" 2nd support for our bed. I spent an hour Saturday morning re working it in my garage with a coping saw and hand sander to fit. I again emailed Tristan to express my severe dissappointment and recieved...crickets, no reply, as had happened on several occasions before. Still nothing to this day. The Positives? 1. Excellent Quality Products. 2. Easy to assemble pending all needed pieces are included. 3. Excellent Packaging Job for Shipping. 4. They know their stuff in regard to design and initial plans and back and forth on build were smooth and seamless. The Negatives? 1. After sending payment, communication was sketchy at best, often requiring 2 emails spaced days apart for an update. 2. Considerably long lead time over stated timeline. In our case 13 weeks vs stated max 8 weeks. 3. Missing vital parts, almost no urgency assigned to situation and we waited another 2+ weeks for needed part, which was fabricated incorrectly or pulled from a different build bed than ours. 4. 0 communication from seller since.

We couldn't get anyone to help us. We were handed a piece of paper to complete with our information. Apparently you need an appointment, however the ad didn't say that. We went there because they offer 3D drawings and design. We wanted ideas. We drove 40 minutes and turned around 15 minutes later and went home. Apparently it's geared toward contractors, not individuals. We may use them later, however our first impression was cold.

Jesse was my second quote and the 4th company I contacted to give me an idea of cost for my projects. Jesse is willing to work with equipment you have or you can purchase rather than trying to force you to buy everything through him. It does though help to purchase some things through him because if it breaks you call him and he comes and replaces it. The job that they did was run 75 ft of direct burial speaker wire to two Niles rock speakers around my pool. I had Jesse purchase the amp and had him set up sonos system which I had purchased. They trenched 3-4 inches to run the line and added a junction box on both sides of the wall. The job was very clean. He walked me through the system and answered all of my questions.
